hi, tihs hotel is part of a time share! i havent stayed there but did visit when they tried tog et us to buy timeshare! it looked nice. We were shown one of the rooms, it had a little kitchen, comfy bedroom and living area. The bathroom was good size to! i think some have balcony.

There was a pool, pretty small, but the hother pool was being renovated at the time!

You could wlak it into bage form here over hte river and across the playing field!

My parents stayed here three years ago and throughly enjoyed it. We had a lood before they went and looked very nice to me. A little bit away from the crowds and beach but that is fine.

Its wonderful!!! However, local guest houses at a fraction of the price are just as good.

Stayed here 3 timed. Not a timeshare owner, but have found a loop hole.

Staff are tremendous and nothing is to much. I have put a review on this site for the Royale Goan Monterio.

Personally I don;t think its too far out at all, but we always hire a motorbike. Its literally 5 minutes from the main Baga road.

Going back 3 weeks tomorrow, however staying at the Golden Moments, now known as Goan on Toes, as for 10 per proom per night b and b, I just don't think you can go wrong.

I stayed rgbc Royal Palms in Benaulim. It's not their best Hotel and the timeshare people bother you a bit, just tell them your looking at buying a proprty out right so there's no point in them selling to you.

I own timeshare in Tenerife and swapped to stay here the very first time we visited Goa 5 years ago. I thought it was wonderful too, an average quality apartment but very spacious. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the food was good, the pool area was a bit on the small side and too hot for me.

We hired a motorbike to get about that year too.

The only reason we have not been back is that we prefer Candolim and meet up with friends there every year.

All in all a nice place
