Hi everyone i am posting from the royal park, stop worrying now its fantastic. Great pools,beach and aqua park. Staff are hard working and friendly if you just smile at them, they keep the place spotless. Loads of bars,snack bars everywhere pizzas,hotdogs and kebabs are gorgeus at the beach. Food in main restaurant isnt great but you wont starve 3 others on site that you can book into and Paco's just down the road. People are continually moaning all around me about food and queuing, dont get it, nobody is on a schedule here !!!! Havent heard/seen any evidence of sickness or towel issue. Tho some people are so greedy i'm surprised they arent sick!!!! Kids clubs are brilliant, again go to hall about half hour before start time to ensure yours get in . They do activities from 10-12, 5-7 and 9pm-11pm also have special parties some days 1pm-4pm for which you pay 15 lev each. I havent one single complaint and will deffo be back next year. Will post with further news if I get the chance but if not will do a full review on my return. Met up with 2 families i had been in contact with on Trip Advisor and they are in total agreement with me, stop worrying and look forward to your holiday xxxxxx

Been to hotel so I take no notice of the bad reviews, they were bad when we went last time and we had a great time! Great location, Kids were well looked after, food different but you are abroad and none of us got ill whilst there.
We have recommended this hol to friends and there are 16 of us going (4 families) so hope it dowsn't let us down as we will be friendless when we get back!
Probably says on here but how much is it in the waterpark for beds, drinks etc? The water park wasn't there when we went last time and guessing we will need to take more money this time!!! Also, any news in the Towel scam, not going till 4th August but am a little worried about this and wonder whether I would be best just to figure this cost into my hol!!

I'm going on 04th August as well i have had some reply's back for Trip Advisor and they say they saw nothing of the towel scam and couldn't work out why other people wouldgive a bad review

Great news that there are good reports coming back both on here and other holiday websites, starting to get excited now!!

Just a few last minute questions:

Can anyone tell me what the mozzie situation is out there?
Also, I'm sure I read somewhere that they don't allow inflatables in the pool? If this is the case, do they allow you to take a ball in to throw to each other?
We have booked a suite, does anyone know if these rooms tend to be grouped on specific floors or are they sporadic throughout the hotel?

Good to hear that you are having a good time in Elenite, although to be honest I am not surprised, as I have said many times on here I was sure if people were willing to go with an open mind they would have a super holiday.

We would go back if it wasn't for the ridiculous flight times from Glasgow now, come on tour operators get them changed

Those that have changed or cancelled their holiday have not only lost money but also a very nice holiday

We are flying from glasgow on monday night 10.45 and return flight is 5.15 in the morning,terrible flights i am dreading the return one.it was the same when we went out 2 years ago,

Glad there are some good reports coming back for those that are going soon - us, we cancelled and got a full refund and are happier with that option for us. To us, it wasn't worth the worry with all the hassle that's been reported.

We had moved hotels to one in Sunny Beach but then the flight times were changed from 5.30pm to 10.30pm and because of a clause in the T&Cs we were able to cancel with a full refund and decided that was the best option for us and we will use the money to go back to Florida next year.

Hope everyone that goes has a fabby time - Whistler-Allison - not long to go now!!!!

Me, I don't want hassle when Im on holiday and it would always be in the back of our mind all the negative things we've read and would spoil it and leave us on an edge all the time so that was why we decided not to go.

Looking forward to a weeks "all action" place with the kids next week and Alton Towers, Cadbury World etc etc - all done on last minute deals which were fab so can't complain at all - and the kids are more excited with the holiday we now have planned than Bulgaria!!

Hi guys just back at crazy hour this a/m full review to follow but to answer some queries people are asking:
1. Waterpark is fabulous and safe costs nothing to enter but 5 levs per sunbed cant take own food/drink in and stuff is dear in there but it only takes 2 mins to walk back to hotel for snacks.
2. Inflatables are allowed in all pools no restrictions at all
3. Towels: each person gets 2 towels if you notice one missing contact reception and it will be replaced they have a sign in your room that missing towels will be charged for. Maids are lovely and work so hard, a 5 lev tip goes a long way as these ladies work for a pittance and they love kids, used to put teddies tucked into bed in our room!! Never heard of anybody having any hassle with towels at all.
4. Mossies: I am super allergic to them and didnt encounter a single one till the airport on the way home last night!!!

However the guests are split into 2 camps those who moan from dawn to dusk and those who dont, found the moaners very taxing and tended to avoid them like the plague!!!!

Glad you had a great time, I was sure you would.

The water park is indeed great and brilliant fun.

You have found exactly the same as we did, the moaners, who probably go with preconceived ideas gained from similar minded people and are never happy anywhere, and those that are prepared to go with an open mind and end up having a great holiday.
We found that if you challenge them (the moaners) they suddenly start back tracking with you, and they then move on to other (usually new) guests and start moaning and trying to influence them.

As I have said previously, as soon as Fist Choice or some airline introduces flights from Glasgow at a reasonable time we will be back.
