Looking so much better!!!Appears they took her for scan about 5 last night. Then 'nil by mouth' and looked like she was going to go back to theatre!!!
However, this morning was told scan looked fine but no wonder she was in so much pain as stomach 'massively distended'. Reckon it's a lot of gas moving around in there.
She sounded SO much better this morning - chomping on the bit to get home! It's three weeks now she's been in....and she's getting down about that..but as I said to her it's only 6 days since the op!
Hopefully she's turned a corner now and the only way is .....HOME!!!!!
I'm so glad that she seems to be on the mend and not needing another operation as she has been through quite enough. Hopefully her wound will start to heal now and she can soon be discharged into her husband's care.
