Pippy
Personally always take the following:
Pept0-bismol - cure all - used to use it for hangovers but is excellent for heartburn, indigestion, nausea & the runs
Sudocreme - good for on bites even if it is meant to be a nappy rash cream.
Anti-histamine tabs in case we get mosi bites it stops reaction to bites.
Have a fantastic time under the circumstances. So glad you have decided to go to such a fantastic country. A very sad weekend, Snorkel babe has also made me cry all weekend. xx
Cheers Bex
Stock up on sun lotion and after sun, I remember it was expensive, even though not much of a choice and nothing I had seen before here.
Also loo rolls, the toilets outside, especially on the way to Cairo................
Cher
when are you going pippy?
Thanks Cheryl
My personal addition on the subject of must need pack is for Acyclovir cold sore cream...as soon as I get in the sun...erupt! Must pack Acyclovir or (Boots own brand equivelant just as good) if any persons have tendancy to cold sores...remember so called "sun herpes" is the one unwanted trigger..
Regards
Lyn!
Now that's a very useful suggestion as my Mum is prone to cold sores in the heat
I will post while I'm away, there's internet access at the Conrad
Ifsogo is a fantastic place for all the fiddly bits - have just bought aquashoes, safe sea etc and they should be delivered tomorrow!
Bellaoz, what was the website address where you got the aqua shoes from?
I don't expect the shoes are the cheapest BUT it did mean I didn't have to trek around the shops with only ten days to go...
Also bought Safesea and some other bits and pieces and mentioned Holiday Truths to them
That was obvious! How stupid can I get
Thanks Bellaoz, after looking I realised I had actually used them to buy some Bergaderm a few months back.
Considering I only ordered them yesterday I think that's pretty good service and will definitely use them again...
Aqua shoes are available from 'Pavers'. I got some today for the grand total of £4.99 a pair...what a bargain. Also try 'Donnay/Sportsworld' although they are very very cheap @ £2.89, there are also very hard to get hold of from there...but hey who knows, you could be lucky
I paid £11 for mine and £13 for partners...
Haven't heard of the places you mentioned though, are they shops or internet?
they are actual shops..........sorry you missed out but perhaps someone else might be luckier...... & happy shopping
You can get different qualities though - I bought a pair for £5 last year and they didn't even last me the holiday which I why I need to buy some more! (Not saying woofy that yours are bad quality, just that some are much better than others
It had a 5 % discount voucher with it, so thought I'd share it with everyone here: MSTTGC Doesn't look like there are any restrictions on it that says only I can use it looks like anyone can. http://www.ifsogo.com
What size did you get? i'm only a size 5 and all the adult ones seem too big and the junior ones too small. i probably havent looked hard enough!
