How funny coming across this thread. I suffer terrible with ingrowing hair so a couple of months back I got on the web to see if there was any product that helped with this. I came across In-grow go and bought some. Have to say it's excellent and I would recommend it. The link below takes you to the site I bought mine from, it was under £10 and the postage is free, it arrived within a couple of days. If there are any men out there that suffer with in-growing facial hair this product is suitable for that.

Hi miss p,yep its gonna hurt!but hey not for long i still got (the rash after waxing)so thought i might as well stick to the other methods.
Sure between us we can find an end to bikini rash, and go on dragons den :rofl Am tempted to pop to argos today and buy one of those bikini trimmers,

sorry shazza, milly molly dont no what you can do about stinky or burning hair removal cream

Miss P, Take a couple of painkillers before you go, that helps. Only stings for a minute and i'm sure you will be thrilled with the results. You will get a rash afterwards but it will disappear after 24 hrs.

Sharon, have you been to your GP about this? There are tablets than can help in extreme cases. Also there is NHS help with electrolyis available.

After reading the thread for a week or so now I thought I'd try a little DIY waxing to save money. :yikes I already get my underarms waxed at a salon :tup and it's so much better than shaving.
I've been saying for a few months now that I should really start getting my bikini line waxed so when the holiday comes round there will only be minimum re-growth.
Well, I looked on google for best home waxing kit and a new veet tub of wax with spatula and cotton strips seemed to get quite good reviews. Picked one up at Sainsbury's and it had 20% off all their DIY waxing, which was even better. Paid no more than £6 for it.
After looking at it for a few days and putting it off, I decided just to go for it last night.
:wow It was brilliant! Took all the hairs out first time and wasn't as painful as I remember it being.
You just put it in the microwave for 45 seconds and dip the spatula in and it tells you if it's the right temperature the off you go. It's that simple.
It's suitable for legs, underarm, bikini line, and facial hair.
I hardly used any of the wax, so probably have enough left for another 6-8 times maybe. So well worth the money.
This morning I have no rash or redness. :)
I'm so chuffed I took the plunge, and would highly recommend this product to everyone, don't be scared, it really was fine. :tup

Thanks Stemma I might give that a go myself and it seems really good value. I've been very tempted to try waxing myself as I only ever have it done at the salon. I had to stop having my bikini line waxed for a while because of the amount of in-growing hairs I was getting but now I'm using the in-grow go I can have it done again as it seems to have sorted the problem. For anyone worried about the pain of having their bikini line waxed having had both my legs and bikini done I would say legs are more painful and as said the pain is over so quickly and well worth being hair free for a fortnight :)
