If so, does it do the same with all names ?... I'm thinking some names might end with a vowel/constantant and it might make it change etc ?

They don't tend to speak that way by saying Mr and the surname - they generally say Mrs or Mr followed by the first name.
So I would be Mr Steve and my wife Mrs Steve ?
No, she would be Mrs (whatever her first name is) as I would be κÏÏια Μισιελ
