hi
Stayed in these apartments 2003 were the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Were given an apartment on the same level as the pool but as I like to stay away from main entrances as I am afraid of cats we were changed to the highest floor It was brillant are balcony was the length of the apartment. The downside was we went in June and the resturant was never opened and the snack bar was on a very limited time as we like a night cap but the bar was never open when we came in even though it was'nt late i.e 11.30.
They are listed under this name Residencial St George Apartments URL below.

I would be interested in your views as this is one of the locations we are considering for a possible 3 / 6 months stay over the winter period.
When you stayed from which country did the majority of fellow holidaymakers come from ? I understand that there is a strong dutch presence.
Was your apartment on the 'road' side or did it overlook the pool area - assuming there is a pool !
Is the complex noisey ?
Look forward to your posting.

There are a lot of varoius tour operators that operate from this complex in the winter. Namely there tends to be Irish, dutch, danish, swedish, norwegian and finnish in the winter.
Thanks for the info - much appreciated. We have seen Tenerife-rentacar.com showing an apartment at St Georges with short/longterm rental cost of £500'ish a month - not sure if this is still available but it took our eye to enable us to stay in LC rather than be based in Calleo Salvaje.
I guess a difficult question to answer but whats the local view of the place ? - ie quiet / noisey, pleasant / horrible, OAPS / teenagers.
We plan to have a look around it when we are over in a couple of weeks time but any other info would be very useful.
Thanks, CJB

I would say a lot of the residents were spanish who worked in the area there was also some English but at the time I felt we were the only Irish in the apartments this may have to do with they were booked last minute
Our first apartment would have overlooked a pool in the apartments at the back but the one we finished with our apartment overlooked private apartments at the back. I new these were mostly spanish as each day more appeared to open and overlooked a very small childrens pool. We would have to look over the side of our balcony to see our pool.but they were definately very quiet apart from traffic which was'nt very busy. Hope this will be of some help.
Thanks for your feedback - much appreciated. Why did you have an apartment change ?
Regards, CJB
Had the apartment change because we were on the same level as the pool but not a pool view. I preferred to be higher as there would be less chance of meeting the cats they do so scare me. By the way they were definately not noisy the opposite very quiet as they are off the main thoughfare. Hope this helps.
I'm looking to stay in these apartments in the next few weeks, has anybody heard of these apartments and if so can anyone tell me what they are like ? Are they far from the beach and resort of Los C ?
These aparments are in LC, and are about 5-6 years old, a stones throw from the beach too, I've never been in them, but never heard any bad reports about them either

thanks for that, is the sea in LC rocky or sandy ? How much is it for sunbeds.
