Good intentions again for today but I have got to stick with them - weigh in on Tuesday plus the fact that I am paying for advice/support and not using it. Going to go onto the SW site and use the diary and plot my weight.
I have recipes for a Thai butternut squah soup (which is lovely and spicey) and just butternut squah soup - I also hate peeling them!!!!!
Enjoyed the recipe from the SW last night -Roast Vegetable Pasta.
Will buy some Sweet Potatoes - any ideas for recipes.
Going to cut down on my white rice and pasta and use more wholemeal - never really tried wholmeal pasta.
I take JP's to work for lunch so not going to cut them down see how I my weight goes when I cut out the other carbs. Have managed to cut down on my cheese whuch I never thought I would be able to do.Thanks again for all you help and support.

and noticed that the reply I put on last night at home is not there. It was to say thank you very much for taking the time to give me details of the recipe and I will let you know how it goes - probably be the weekend after I have bought the ingredients.
