This sounds a bit weird, and might not work for weight watchers... but when I'm craving chocolate, I have a pickeled onion! It works on the slimming world plan... and it seems to take the craving away!
Had a banana and an orange for breakfast, then some yoghurt for snack and cheese on wholemeal toast for lunch... am going to do a stir fry for tea tonight, but I have work at 2.30, I've told everyone that they're not allowed to eat in my car anymore coz I'm trying to keep away from chocolate, the first few days are the worst!
Not weighing myself til Monday, I got weighed Monday morning, and I've only lost 2lbs so far, but I kept my jeans, boots and coat on... am taking them off next week for a bit of motivation after having a good diet week
