I suffer from PLME and have been offered Phototherapy before a cruise in the Carribbean in March, has anybody had this and does it work or is it a waste of 4 trips to hospital??

Yes I will post back after I have been for the phototheraphy, I have also been given the Steriods, Steriod cream & Sun tan lotion so will be going away fully armed.
