I hope you find you like Goa as much as your dad did.
so very sorry to hear what happened to your dad, i too hope you find some peace of mind and also some enjoyment from your trip to Goa,
chilly
My dad died in a place that he loved doing something he loved doing, so we have that to hold on to.
Hapi, my body shivered when you said you was there, my dad mentioned Luis bar, so glad you told me the name. Dad was a great guy and met so many friends from all his trips to Goa and i can't wait to meet them all including yourself. Do you stay in Goa Hapi? Do you know dads friend Dominic Pinto? Somebody phoned us to offer their condolencies i think from Luis bar, a guy from London, cant remember his name?
Hapi, i will make my way down to Luis bar on Monday the 26th when i arrive early afternoon.
Thank you all again, looking forward to Goa so much.

Sadly it looks like another young person drowned yesterday (Saturday) at Baga Beach - a young boy about 12-15 years old. A general reminder for everyone that the current is so strong and we sometimes sadly forget this.
Far to many people lose their lives in the sea and i think people should be reminded how dangerous it is
Also i really do think their should be life rings put in place at 100 metre apart, surely this would save lives.
My father lost his life this way and respected the sea and knew of its dangers, some people are just unlucky or in the wrong place at the wrong time when underwater currents are around.
Does anybody know how i could try to start up a campaign to get my ideas into motion? Its something i would love to see happen.
