We've been saying for years we would do the trip to the Taj Mahal, but never got round to it, Goa beaches being what they are.
After reading through this thread I started doing some investigating and we are now going this year.
We arrive in Goa on the 16th November, one week in Calangute, then on the 23rd we're off to Delhi.
Thanks to the info on here I've booked flights to Delhi with Spice jet, just under £100 each return, there's 2 of us going.
Then booked Namaste for the Golden Circuit trip.
Pick up from airport to hotel, day trip of Delhi next day.
Travel to Jaipur with driver and AC 4WD, 2 nights in Jaipur, with all the usual sight seeing trips etc.
Then onto Agra, overnight stop, Taj Mahal etc.
Couple of things planned for the return trip to Delhi, then a final night in Delhi as we wouldn't get back in time for flight back to Goa.
Then back to Calangute for a week to get over it.
All in with Namaste including 6 nights accommodation, driver car etc for the 2 of us 34150 rupees, approx £420 plus £200 for flights.
That's also inclusive of upgraded hotels and car.
So far they have been very efficient in sorting our booking out.
Had a look on Tripadvisor about some of the hotels, makes interesting reading, lol, so we'll just have to see.
Will let everyone know about it when we get back.
Anyone thinking of using Namaste be aware they are closing their bookings for November and quite a few dates in December.

Like Bazzanw i have always wanted to go to the Taj Mahal and im happy to say we got it booked and will be going on the 21st nov .....we booked it with Namasta too and the girl was really brill and sorted everything out ..
WE are going for 5 days and like Baz.. we.have upgraded to 4 star hotels...we paid just over £200 EACH.....and this is flights and all everything all in trips the car ...all taxs..tours the lot ....we are very happy with the price ....as daytrippers charge for one person for a 2 day trip what we paid for the 2 of us .for a 5 day trip.......also namasta got us our flights and the trips and we dont have to PAY.....for anything to we get to goa .....if anyone needs to know anymore about the trip ..just ask me ........................colleen

I too would love to visit the Taj but thought it would be too expensive so I would be thrilled if you could give me some info on how you booked your trip. January will only be our second trip to Goa so we are still newbies although we have learnt such a lot from the lovely people on this forum including yourself. we are £350 for a 5 day tour(4 nights) with upgraded car and hotel in Jaipur with Namaste. Look out for my report in about 3 weeks time

Jettii.my husband just sent Namasta an E mail and asked the girl how much she would charge us for a 4 night stay (5 days 4.nights )and asked her what the cost would include.....
Its is to pick us up at the airport ..take us to our hotel ..a half day tour in Delhi on the first day ..and back to the hotel that night .....next day take us to Agra bring us to our hotel ..then take us to the Taj Mahal ..that day and we stay over night in a 4 star hotel in Agra......
next day thay take us on a full day tour in Agra and that night we go back to Delhi ..
next morning we get picked up do a full day tour of Delhi...back to the hotel that night ..and next morning they take us back to the airport for the flight back to goa .....
for everything flights included its 33745 rupees ......and we dont pay Namasta until november when we get to goa .....I think I have told you everything but if you need to ask me anything else ......just ask ........colleen
