Theme Tunes and songs for your trip to Goa

I was just wondering if any other people have theme tunes for their holidays to Goa?
Ones that bring back memories, or ones that you sing or hum when going to a particular place.
I bit of Wagner or something as equally inspiring or pompous as one walks down to the Anjuna Market .
Rocky - Eye of the Tiger also springs to mind
Perhaps your own tune that goes through your head as you wait to board you Monarch plane, or go through Immigration. How about the tune that you sing when you have your first "in resort" Kings/Kingfisher/Honeybee/Bacardi Breezer/Vodka etc

Since I first went to Goa in 2000, we always sing the Venga Boys version of "We're off to Baga Beach" da do doo dooo doo.

Any thoughts? I hope that I am not the only one who has a theme tune!
Lets start a theme, and put them all on our ipod playlist

just from November past anytime I hear sex on the beach it will always make me think of a fab day we spent with polly50..gemma33..and sleeps_r_us ...we all had a few wee drinks and danced on the beach to this song as we left the shack to go home :lol:

the look on the faces of some indian people in the shack as we left will stay with me all my life

After my recent holiday it has to be Akon's smack that. Don't even like the song but after hearing it in the car 14 million times over it'll be my theme tune fom now on. I hear it and I can almost feel the bumps on the Morjim beach road !

Oh no Sim, I still have that song in my head from last March :shock:

and the full works of Scooter from a bar in Vagator :roll:

I have 2 songs that I always listen to on Vagator beach, Groove Armada - The River and Bob Marley - The Sun Is Shining, can`t resist a little mumble to myself while lying on the beach :love2

I have two favourites, the first from when I spent my first Goa holiday at Mobor in 1994 ~ Def Leppard's 'Two Steps Behind'.

The other is from our visit last year ~ Prem Joshua 'Shiva Moon'.

They both bring back wonderful memories of Goa :love2

dancing in the moonlight by toploader, i was dancing to that song on a wooden raised floor thing in mobor beach and i fell off it!!!! :oops:

I too love Shiva Moon and anything from Prem Joshua , But at present I am humming along to Shambo Arambol , from the latest Remo Fernandes CD " Muchacha Latina " 145 rs in Goa .

Just got back last Friday 11/1/08 and went back to work this morning, driving in to the playing SHIVA MOON Cd, felt like turning the car round and going back home? but had to go in to get the funds for next seasons visit, did catch Prem Josh playing live at the Saturday night market the week before I came back, was brill.......jxk8.
