Many thanks, Sunaddict, I'll now book the Thomson flight ASAP! Why TC's customer service people couldn't have just told me that 4 weeks ago I don't know! The staff in their local shop seemed equally bemused by the situation when I rang them.

You're welcome. It's very difficult when there are so many conflicting answers
I posted a couple of weeks ago.

There's nothing more we can add to my last reply. The aircraft is a Boeing 757-200. I can't give a registration as they are rotated regularly. Chances are the aircraft used this week won't be the same as next week or the week after. They are rotated for maitenance and operational reasons. It makes little difference as they all have pretty much the same interior.

Am flying on Thomas cook on 29th aug 2013 and back on 6th sept, manchester to Zante. Do you know what aircraft type this be on and if it will have inflight entertainment??
Cheers
Chris
Please quote flight numbers when requesting aircraft information as there are often multiple flights. This ensures we provide the correct information for you. MAN-ZTH-MAN (assuming TCX2474/2113?) are operated by Boeing 757-200. IFE information is on our What Aircraft? guide (link blow).

Flight numbers tcx2112 outbound and tcx2113 return.

They're 752's, as above.

We have now booked our holiday to Cancun flight number tcx 143 on 18 Sept 2013
Can you tell me if this is seated 3-3-3 please darren thanks in advance
That's great, you'll have a great time. LGW-CUN-LGW (TCX143/4) are operated by Airbus A330-200. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) with links to aircraft and cabin photos and a seat plan. Seating is 3-3-3 for the most part in economy, the rear few rows are 2-3-2 and the forward cabin (extra legroom) is 2-3-2.

Does this particular plane also have the toilets downstairs
Thanks in advance for your ever helpful replies
I think we crossed posts slightly there! All the A332's in the TCX fleet have the downstairs toilet area.

hi i am flying with TC to goa on sunday and am wondering if I could find out somewhere what films are going to be showing etc....also what meal is served onboard.....my flight is 09.30
You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below) including a link to current IFE. Example meals are also linked. The menu varies.
Darren
thanks for your quick replies x
Can you please tell me where flight TCX138 from MAN to Goa is coming in from before that flight.
Specifically on 10th Feb, departing to Goa at 09:40.
Thanks
PS - I've heard some people saying that the toilets on TC flights are downstairs on the A330, is this true?
Also, we usually fly on the Monarch A330 to Goa and have always found the legroom to be OK - do you reckon we'll see a big difference in legroom on the TC flight?
Thanks again.
The toilets are downstairs on the TC A330s although there is one at the front of the cabin, and one at the back upstairs. There is 2/3" difference in legroom between Monarch and TC so you should notice it.
The aircraft operating MAN-GOI-MAN (TCX138/9) comes in from Cancun (TCX324/5). Toilets are indeed downstrairs in the centre of the cabin on the A332's with usual ones at the forward and aft. Details are on our what Aircraft? guide. I would agree with sunnadict, you'll notice a big difference in seat pitch on TCX.
Darren
many thanks for your replies.
OH really looking forward to the IFE on TC, I just sleep the whole way once I've been fed & watered.
