Hi there,

Can someone, seems to be Darren?, tell me which aircraft will operate Bristol TCX526K outward and L inbound , which is Bristol to Larnaca on Wed 26th May. Appreciate ash may still be confusing operations or it may be too early to tell?
Have booked extra leg room seats on what appeared to be airbus configuration but understand bigger plane 757? would more likely be used...... can't you tell I don't really understand all this flight stuff!!!!!!

Any advice greatfully received thanks. :) :)

hayfever64,

BRS-LCA-BRS (TCX526K/L) are scheduled to be operated by a Boeing 757-200. Extra legroom seats are on rows 11 and 31 for that airctaft.

wantaholiday,

Please quote flight numbers when requesting flight information so we know which you're on. Schedules are all over the place at the moment. There are 2 or 3 aircraft (A332) operating from Manchester and 2 or 3 operating from Gatwick. The others from Glasgow at the moment. Although aircraft do ferry between the two, flights normally operate in to the airport then operate out from it. If you let us have your flight details, we can check but bear in mind schedules have changed sligtly as part of the repatriation effort.

Many thanks Darren. I will get in touch with TCA as the aircraft plan is still showing an airbus configuration and we are in reserved extra leg room seats in row 12!

Many thanks :)

hayfever64,

If the seating plan when you login is showing an A320/1-200, then it has changed and that's what you are travelling on. They don't get it wrong on their website! The scheduled I have access to isn't always updated through the season.

wantaholiday,

The flight before yours is TCX065K/L (Puerto Plata) normally, assuming the normal schedule due to the ash situation.

Hi Darren,

Fingers crossed we're going to Dom Rep on Monday unless something else daft happens - Any chance you know specifically which aircraft is taking us on the 10:55 from Gatwick to Puerto Plata (TCX065) and whether it's one with reduced seat pitch.

Cheers

Hi
Due to disruption with rescue flights etc, this flight will actually be operated by a330-300, reg OY-VKH.

It has standard seat pitch, but on this flight you should have been notified of lower seat pitch as it is booked to the reconfig figure of 354 seats.

The 3 x a330s due to be reconfigd have not been done yet due to the disruption this last week

Hi we are flying to Cancun Mexico on 31st May flight TCX234K and have booked premium cabin only to find the only '2' seats left to book are in the non reclinable seats at the back of the cabin we just wondered if they recline at all before we dare book them??
I rang Thomas Cook airlines and after been in a queue for 40 mins they couldnt help me but she said we might have a chance of the 2 unbookable medical seats at the front if we got there early euough!
do we book the unreclinable seats or chance it on the morning of our flight?
Thank you it would be a great help to us if you could let me know asap so we can figure out what to do.

shakeywakey,

Welcome onboard :tup
The seats at the rear of the premium cabin recline, but not quite as far as the standard seats from memory. It's personal preference if you'd rather book the ones at the rear of wait until the day and get whatever seats are available.

Hi Darren

contacted you back in Feb about our trip in May. ( see below ) I have just noticed that the flight time / duration has changed slightly on the return leg.

I realise it'll prob be may before you know, but by chance do you have an update?

Thanks

Ju

Good day Darren

First of all - keep up the good work. Don't know how you know what you do, but very interesting and informative all the same.

So, we've just booked once again for Turkey, this time with Thomas Cook so was wondering if you had any plane info for the following flights ie type, layout, seat pitch - usual stuff

Outbound

Sun 9th May MAN - AYT TCX787K 08:00

Inbound

Sat 22nd May AYT - MAN TCX207L 21:15

Any info appreciated.

Thanks

Ju

Welcome onboard

MAN-AYT-MAN (TCX787K/L) should be operated by a Boeing 757-200. You'll find further aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (see below).

Sorry, I didn't see it was a different flight back! TCX207L should be an Airbus A321-200, but I can confirm that the first week of May for you.

Darren
