Hello,

I have read that TOM668 Manchester to Luxor is a 767-300 plane (hope i am right here) is that one of the newer style planes or will i have to spend another 6 hours in discomfort?

Was considering booking extra leg room but i'm only 5'3" and feel i should leave it for the taller people.

Regards,
Suzie.

Ex Thomsonfly Planes (to Dominican Republic)

2-4-2 In Economy With A 33" Seat Pitch. In Flight Entertainment Via Seat Back Screens
2-3-2 In Premium With A 37" Seat Pitch, Inflight Entertainment Via Seat Back Screens

helenq,
If you look on the First Choice Thread P102 you will find the meal menu that BY-TOM-AMM-FCA has listed for everyone.

suziesuze,

You Are Correct It Will Be A 767-300, It Will Probablly Be One In Shorthaul Configuration, So It Is A 30" Seat Pitch. (Other Egypt Destinations Are Operated On The 757 With A 28" Seat Pitch)

Hi

Flying to Dominican Republic on 30th April (booked through FC)

I've been reading on other posts that you now have to pay your own departure tax when you leave DR, When we flew last year with FC, this was not the case, it was included in ticket price.

Can anyone confirm whether this is the case and if so, do you know if it is $20 or $25 each as I have heard there is a price increase from 2nd March??

many thanks

Thanks TOM

Better make sure I keep $50!!

I dont suppose anyone knows how you pay this? at the airport, on the plane?

Watford Travellers,

It's changed since I was last in the DR, but you'd normally pay it at the airport either at check-in or more likely at a kiosk after check-in (and before security) where'll they'll stamp or place a sticker on your boarding card.

Hi Watford Travellers,
You pay your departure Tax at a booth in the departure lounge at your Dom Rep airport, giving the people behind the desk your $$$$ and boarding cards which they stamp to say you have paid your tax.
