Sorry to hear about your holiday problems - others can better advise you as to whether you might be successful if you go to arbitration but the key thing to remember is that if you do go to arbitration and the tribunal finds in favour of Thomson, my understanding is that there is no appeal against that decision and that Thomson will be under no obligation to honour any compensation offer they have previously made.

Have you yet consulted a solicitor about your case? This company have successfully pursued claims by other HT members:

No I haven't consulted a solicitor as I didn't know if Ihad a leg to stand on really. I have never complained about a holiday before and its all new to me. The way Thomsons' have been really wants me to persue it but I don't want to if people think I would lose.

I think it needs to be compensation so tell them you want them to add the costs you incurred without the kids eat free card. If you get that added I think it would be fair. The disturbances- it looks from your posts that you put up with the noise and carry on for a considerable time before complaining. But once you had done, the hotel did take steps. Is that the case?
I know you said the whole honeymoon was ruined but you didn't spend much time in the hotel and you said that you thought the hotel was ok before the incidents. Sounds like you have really stressed over these and let them taint the honeymoon. Look back and think of all the great things about your honeymoon. Concentrate on them :)
