very difficult to decide, we go begining of jan and unless we are told by the foregine office that we cant go we shall go ahead with our hoilday as usual..i grew up in the 70s amid the ira terror atacks and you just have to get on with it,i dont see why our lifes should be put on hold by these people, this is only my opinion and i respect others who feel that they want to cancell their holiday etc...

We fly out to Mumbai on Sunday then on to Goa, as far as I am concerned unless the foriegn office, or BA tell us different we are going. We have booked to stay for 3 months. I hope that we get some actual news soon, as the reports from the TV are contradicting themselves.

We went to Eygpt after the bombings and with security so tight in some ways it actually makes it safer, I'm still going without a second thought.

Im really worried .. it will be my first time in Goa at the end of December and all the going on's have put me off :cry

Well we still plan to go, we leave on the 20th December, same as Elliebee. I expect the security in Goa to be strict, which I welcome after all it will be for our own good.

As others have said, I will not let these people win, after all you could easily become the target of a terrorist here in the UK.

We leave the 20th of December until the 11th of Jan so all over Xmas and the New Year which I would imagine be a prime time to target holiday makers.

The first time i went there were terrorism threats specifically to Goa. I was worried but there was no need to as they really stepped up security which im sure they will now. Go and dont worry, you enjoy your holiday x

We are still going not letting anyone alter my travell plans, we have been waiting all the year for this holiday and NO one is going to stop us, unless they cancel our flight to mumbai. I've lived in london all my life and have grown up being vigilant, so i will do the same when i am away. Gel

We are going next weekend unless the foreign office say otherwise.

Exactly, Gatwick airport is on constant alert but that doesn't stop me flying in and out of there.

I'm still going too - my daughter was in the Manchester bombings and as she said you cannot give in to these people when I tried to persuade her to change jobs. We WILL ALL HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY
