Thanks for that any other tips would be useful.
anyway there are plenty of bars and restaurants , especially in the Playa Serena end of the resort ,
if you have young kids with you the "Gorilla" play area is right next to the Sabinal , the beach is huge but is mainly fine shingle rather than sand , be careful if you swim in the sea as it shelves away very quickly. Entertainment is mainly hotel based apart from a couple of karaoke bars ( Theos and PB's)
The port is about a 30 to 40 minute walk from the Sabinal ( dpends on how fast you walk! ) there are some fish restaurants there
