These would be ideal to take away if you don't like powdered milk!

Spoilt for choice now then - just need the kettle
Helen, like you we love our tea. A mini travel kettle is a MUST. I've even drunk the tea black! You can get used to it, but forget the silly plastic cups. We've got two small china mugs, I think they're for coffee, but they're just the right size! A cuppa first thing in the morning, and one about 4'ish on the balcony after a hard day's sunbathing. Ahhhh!Nectar!
a couple of years ago I got some china mugs in Asda for 19p each...
left them behind after the holiday
these items never come out of the case from one trip to the next, ye we have been in establishments where the use is frowned upon so we keep it in a cupboard when not in use,
wiz
My mum always takes a travel kettle and some Tetley tea bags however I'm not to fussed if I don't get one in the morning.
Helen
Regarding tea. If you go to Poundland, they do a box of Tetley's 1 cup, 100 bags for a quid! They are strong enough brewing to go 2 cups per teabag.
think i have asked this before , does a travel kettle have to go in hand or hold luggage
It can go in either Llindy.
thank you Judith , thats my mission for the weekend now , to get a kettle , the smaller one in Argos is sold out at the moment .
bought the Cookworks one from Argos yesterday. Looks like it holds jst enough for 2 cups - for the princely sum of £6.99
Great Helen, now you can enjoy your early morning cuppa on the balcony.
We go to Majorca in a few weeks time and I suggested to the hubby that we would need to get a travel kettle due to us having a 5 month old baby and needing to make bottles (AI) Travel kettles seem so small and we usually make about 4 bottles of milk in advance and store them in the fridge. Hubby was saying that we could take the one from home as that is big enough. Can we? I thought it was all to do with voltage etc?
I would buy a cheap normal size one from one of the big supermarkets £4.59 I paid for a asda value one and they dont weigh much, I just left it when we left, going to do the same next time too
You can take a normal size kettle , its just that it weighs a bit more and takes up a bit more room.
Your cheap kettle will have a 3 pin plug, you need to convert that into a 2 pin plug for Spain, the adapters are cheap enough to buy.

Any kettle bought in the UK will have a 3 pin plug, even my travel kettle has one. So an adapter is no real issue.
Thanks for the replies, I'll be packing our kettle then.

I think that's what I said
the luxury of having tea and coffee making facilities in our hotel is a godsend...just to take latte sachets with me..
