Listing a hotel under the wrong town is not opinion, and it can't go out of date! The site is fundamentally flawed in the way it is set up and managed even before you get to the reviews. How can you trust a review from someone who doesn't notice/mention the place is listed in the wrong town/county or the supplied map doesn't match the written address?
Incidentally, the help pages say to correct a restaurant listing click the link on the listing page - but there isn't one! The hotel listings have never had the option and their advice is to send an email. From what I've found and merseygull says I don't think they care whether they are accurate. We'll see whether I get a response, but I'm not holding my breath.
