I'm trying to contact a lady and her mum who I met at Manchester airport after flying back from Goa via Mumbai on 4th November at 10 p.m.
We'd just got off the BA flight and our bags had been lost, and we stood chatting by the collection point. I was with my boyfriend.
She had just come back from a 3 1/2 week holiday in Goa.
