Hi there.
We booked the Sahara Beach in Skanes from the 22nd of July.The only reason we booked this was because of the kids facilities.I've read a lot of reviews on this hotel (some good some, not so good) but best to go with an open mind an a little bit of "pre-warning"!

It really depends what you are looking for, I stayed at the sahara beach years ago, before children came along, and although plenty to do on site, it is an incredibly busy hotel, coming out of the lift was like joining the M6.

Last year we stayed at Dar Khayam, there were 4 adults, two teenagers and three children in our pary, the hotel is good value for money, with mixed reviews on this site, but we enjoyed it and are going back this year. our friends did the sahara trip with two of the children, en route they stayed at a 5star hotel, but felt themselves uneasy about the children being to loud etc, the children were 9 and 11.

all depends on what you want really.
