Look out for pictures of Aslemma in her bikini
Thanks for all the "Wish we were going with you" messeges.

In the Abou Sofiane, you were right Kiltman it is lovely, and ok for Anne.

You will have to look after aslemma as she has a reputation out there and is in first name terms with the hospital staff
Have a great time and look forward to hearing all about it
Graham
Anne has her scooter with her and it seems to be ok so far. Just the stairs to the restaurant will take its toll but we'll get there.
Going for another beer and white wine before i speak to Aslemma
Jim
Hey, Jimmy , where are you? Last we heard you were going to meet Aslemma. Hope you two haven't had an accident! People here longing to hear your stories, but no doubt you will be chilling out and you and Anne will be enjoying your 2 weeks. Would love to be in Tunisia with you all. Next Monday me and my better half are off for a wee jaunt "doon the watter". Dunoon, Rothesay, Gourock and maybe Oban. Who knows where we might end up, but it sure will not be as exciting as a camel ride at sunset in the Sahara! Enjoy, will hear about it when you get back.
We met on Monday and spent the day in the Medina. Yesterday we had lunch with the "ex-pats club" Aslemma again in top form. What a wummin
Weather has been fantasiic so far, about mid 70s.
Going for a splash in the watter soon. I'll be putting a link to some pictures asap.
Enjoy your trip sailing doon the Clyde.yipee

Oh, thanks, Jimmy. Glad to hear you are having a great holiday, with nice hotel, good weather and meeting up with Aslemma too.
Here we are outside the Arch in PEK.
Doesn't Aslemma looks good?
We had a wonderful time in Port El Kantaoui, meeting new friends and exchanging stories.
Aslemma flies home tonight and we are home on Monday.
Certain to return.
Jim
Back home safe and sound to be greeted by nearly 200 e-mails, so have only just got round to this site. It was lovely meeting Anne and Jimmy and I rather think they have caught the Tunisian bug like me as they are talking of going again and staying longer. I can assure you Jimmy didn't get a pic of me in a bikini, nor is he ever likely to as I'd hate to frighten the natives and put Anglo/Tunisian relations back a couple of centuries. You do see quite a few sights though as some ladies wear bikinis when they would look better in a burkha!! Apart from a couple of overcast days the weather was very good. PM on the way to you Graham.
I did actually see a lady in the sea at Sousse fully clad in black from head to toe!!
It was our pleasure Aslemma.
The UK airspace might be a bit dodgy as the day goes on, I'll keep checking though.
As the temp hit the high 70s yesterday and to be hotter today, who's caring if I've to stay here longer.
Safe journey Jimmy and Anne. It was lovely meeting up with you both and I know we'll keep in touch. Will e-mail you a couple of pics.
Sure will P.
Delighted to read that you both enjoyed your recent holidays.
Thankfully the volcanic-ash did not blight your travel plans.
I can report that Direct Travel Insurance are regarding "volcanic-ash" as "adverse weather conditons" and will meet claims from those covered who suffer a Delayed departure, Missed departure or Abandonment.
Cheers
9 days to go untill my first visit to Tunisia. I am getting very excited now and have a list the length of my arm of things I want to do. My poor other half said last night he is looking forward to a relaxing week....maybe I will show him the list on the plane then!!
I'm sure both you and your partner will have a lovely week and will yearn for more time. A relaxing holiday and a "busy" holiday are both available in Tunisia and I feel you will find a beautiful mix of the two.
Please report back and let us know where you went and how it was for you both.
Enjoy
Anthony
