Hi my friends are back and have contacted Ros today and got great advice on how to proceed. They had further issues with the new accommodation !!!!! intermittent electricity and no hot water for 4 days out of the 7. Obviously the 28 days lay ahead before Olympic have to reply.....will let you know as soon as they hear from the TO.

hi, just to let you, my friends have received a reply from Olympic, basically stating that moving resort, closed accommodation etc should be expected at start / end of season holidays ! Also that loss of water for 3 days should be expected in the greek islands ! They also sent an Olympic voucher for £50 to spend on there next holiday. My friends have not accepted this and the complaint is still ongoing.
