Doesn't sound great.

For the benefit of future travellers why don't you give Thomson Holidays a call and ask to speak to their Health & Safety Manager. A polite word and some factual details of the incident will probably result in an investigation and a few words being had to their overseas transport provider.

Good idea Traveller - the rep may not have cared but Head office may do, and unless a customer tells them I doubt if they'd be aware. Better this than a bus load of passengers injured or worse.

I agree with Traveller & Glynis, it would be great if you could send a brief letter to Thomson HQ, I am sure they would take this more seriously than a local rep.

I read this post on Thurs & my 'heart leapt into my mouth' as my 15 year DD went to Val d'Isere last Sunday and I hadn't heard from her. :(

Direct quote from school letter "I would ask parents to assume all is well unless they hear otherwise. Should there be anything to report we will contact you directly by phone". All well to say, but most Mums can probably imagine what I felt when I read this post.

Well she has just got back safely having had a great brill time :tup but for other Mums of kids on ski trips & travellers in general I would urge you to report this driver.
