Hi Everyone.
I am looking into booking a holiday to San Antonio, Ibiza. I am a vegetarian and was wondering what the food is like over there? What type of restaurants are there and is there much of a selection in these? and cafes? and what about supermarkets?
I'm still deciding if it is best to go all inclusive, or get a cheap self catering deal ( which my friends would defiantly prefer)
Any advice would be great.
Thanks for reading

amongst these you'll find lots of vegetarian choice as much of the spanish diet is built around salads, pulses and fresh veg. try the rincon de pepe tapas bar in the centre of san an (it's signposted) for a whopping selection of haot and cold veggy fare.
My wife is veggie and she has a few times been caught out, she asked for a Vegetraian Omlettee (asked in Spainish) and it arrived with ham in it, she thought it was a mistake, but the waiter was very confused, kept saying but it is a vegetraian ommlette - he was alright with it, in the end and made a fresh ommlette, don't think he ever fully understood why.
I have never been able to get my head around it, but thats the way it is.
