First suggestion, one that might save a lot of time - e-mail Agnes at Sunny Rentals, and see what she can come up with.
Dealt with her and her company last year and was delighted with the service. Sunny Rentals are based in Los Boliches, and specialise in properties there, as well as Carvajal, Torreblanca and Fuengirola itself.

I have called Sunny Rentals and the lady said that she doesnt have any properties in the Carvajal area any more.

The other property looks lovely but ideally they wanted to be nearer to the sea front. Bit of a tall order at this stage of the game I know.

Which complex is that by the way, do you know?

Hi SunnySenorita. Sorry Sunny Rentals proved a blind alley. The three-bedroom apartment that was available when you wanted looks to be second line to the beach, perched above the coastal road, very close to the Estark 92 "nightclub". Looks a lovely apartment, but having a busy road to cross before hitting the beach is not for everyone.
