No! Lindos is beautiful but I wouldn't really classify it as the most because I like my harbours filled with boats, lots of cafes/restaurants/bars right up to the waters edge and lots of boat type an people activity. All of that adds to the 'picture'. Some pretty harbours that spring to mind and that meet my criteria would be Poros, Chania, Gaios on Paxos, Parga, Hydra and Mykonos
Going by Magster`s criteria Pythagorion on Samos this has lots of restaurants one or two bars but lots of boats plus a memorial to old pythagorus himself
Symi would be my choice followed by Skala Sikaminias (Lesvos) vast difference in sizes but both beautiful
Hydra is stunning. I don't know if its the best as I have only been to some islands but it must be "up there"
well Fiskardo in Kefalonia is a beautiful and picturesque like no other with pastel painted buildings and wonderufl boats and its so small and cosy,
Kefalos harbour in Kos is totally the opposite, no pretty buildings just a jetty of concrete in the sea but it is very much a working harbour and all the boats have fantastic character and the fishermen sitting there fixing their nets are amazing to watch and meet,
Skithos harbour is a journey, right along from the airport runway to the other end the two (old and new) harbours are amazing full of people from all over the world and amazing places to eat and drink as well as bazouki playing men and artists and craftspeople, just an amazing place to be.

I do think Kos is quite beautiful - every one has their own perception of beauty but take a look.

i know its only small but i like kassiopi harbour in corfu
I fully agree with the previous 2 postings as they were my last holidays.
oooh for me it must be Skiathos town, the harbour seems to go on for miles and has lots of boats and people strolling around, just sat under a tree watching the boats and people while eating a gyros and drinking a mythos, is quite magical.

Have been to many Greek Islands find most of the harbours spectacular very hard to choose the best as Greeks and boats go so much together,
My brother many years ago was staying in Zante when the Christina Onasis boat harboured there he said it was like a hotel on water and a most beautiful sight.

I have to agree with Peter Andrew. Molyvos harbour on Lesvos is stunning. We've 'wasted' a lot of time there over the years just watching the boats coming in and out and feeding the fish. Skala Sikaminia is very pretty and rather more peaceful. We'll be enjoying both come mid June. Can't wait!
And I'm not just saying this because Peter is my partner!
