Can`t guarantee the weather, but KEFALONIA, KEFALONIA, KEFALONIA!!!!!!!!! It`s lovely!

The islands shut down towards the middle of October. We've stayed in Kos and Zante during the last two weeks of September and had some gloriously hot weather (accompanied by a heavy shower or two in Zante). Even when the rain pours down it doesn't last for long and dries up really quickly. I shouldn't worry too much about the weather, but I'd try and go before October if you don't want to miss out on all the facilities. good luck with the holiday hunt![/b]

I can recommend Kos at the Alice Springs Hotel in Kos Town/Lambi - only available from Thompson but you can book direct with hotel and arrange your own flight as we did and you could well find like us its at least 40% cheaper - regards Anbron
