I love it when the tickets arrive in a little booklet. I have to read through it all page by page :D It's not the same for my Easter hols this year as I don't have tickets just a flight booking reference and a hotel voucher that I've printed off the internet.

I'm picking my holiday money up this afternoon so I'm really excited about that :)

Thanks lilly.

Glad i'm not the only one that gets silly and I also read the little booklet and I dont know why because it never tells us anything different. I put my tickets in my hand luggage so I know where they are, with the passports, but then ocd sets in and I have to keep checking that they are still in there. Dont know where else they would be because Im the only one that touches them (lol) :rofl

I love when the tickets come too! Usually pick them up and then hang on to my handbag for dear life until I get home where I always read the booklet from cover to cover too. Will ring hubby (if he hasnt come with me to collect them) and tell him ive got them then when he gets home, he has to read the booklet from cover to cover too. They go in my little pouch with the passports until we go then.

When the tickets come, you know that your holiday is just around the corner and its perfectly acceptable to be really excited then :sun2

Happy holidays Michelle :cheers

Phew!

I thought I was the only one who becomes excited about the arrival of my holiday tickets, although I must admit I really liked it when they came in a big envelope or folder stuffed with all sorts of bits and bobs (luggage labels, details of parking and airport lounges, details about the holiday destination etc.). It always seemed as though they arrived 4-6 weeks before you left, now the tickets arrive about 3 weeks before which seems to me a bit too close for comfort.

The first time our First Choice Tickets arrived in a little book, I thought they had forgotten something and had to check through it to make sure everything was there.

Our tickets go into our holiday drawer.

Glad it wasn't just me :) I booked with Thomson last year and I couldn't work out where my luggage labels were.

How many times can you read a few pages of the booklet :D

I didn't actually realise anyone still got proper "tickets" any more - it's been so long since I had anything other than an e-ticket or just printed off an email confirmation to take to check in!

Its a long time since I received any tickets, ususally just print them out, which is why I felt so excited when I got them through the post. 3 weeks today and counting :tongue

I always love those little booklets too! I haven't had that for ages as we don't normally book packages. The last time we had a booklet I still read through it all even though we were going to the sam place I actually lived for 3 years :rofl

We have booked a package through easyjet holidays in October and I printed off the paperwork as soon as it came through so I keep looking at it every now and then. I am a big kid too when it comes to holidays ;)

Last March when I received the booklet from Thomson I didnt realise it also contained the tickets as we normally book with Thomas Cook.
I called into Thomson yesterday to see if my tickets were there but they were only in for holidays up to May 8th.
As we go on 11th May they should be in by the end of the week. :sun2
