We are due to be flying out from Bristol airport on 25th June with Kosmar to Zante so presumably with excel but on Kosmar website Bristol has disappeared from the flight schedule. I rang Kosmar and was told to deal with my travel agent - my travel agent hasnt heard of any changes but if you try to book a holiday they are still available from Bristol to Zante.
Is there anyone out there who can enlighten me. We would be grateful for any information as getting concerned.
Kosmar, Libra, Olympic, freedom flights and excel all have flights from Bristol to Zante on Sundays but like you say Kosmar normally use excel as the carrier from Bristol and if your flight number has an XLA prefix that will confirm it. Had a quick check on the Bristol airport website and it still shows Kosmar as one of the tour ops flying to Zante from there. All I can suggest is you ring Kosmar again (0871 7000 747) and hopefully get someone more useful and more informed this time.
Thanks Robbo. Thats reassuring anyway. I will have to go on the saying no news is goods news from my Travel Agent. Anyway Zante is a very popular destination so hopefully it was an oversight by Kosmar on their web site.
