I'm in the Tsilivi camp. Plenty to do, good beach and a taxi ride from barmy Laganas or (and it's well worth checking out) Zante Town which has good shops plus authentic greek tavernas plus some modern cool bars.

KILTMAN GRAHAM... how long ago was it you were in zante? i ask because we went in oct 05... and the airport was more like a bus station, had to stand outside for hours queueing up, in the terrible rain and storms!
i loved zante itself... but would never consider going back while the airport is like that!
