Very impressive hotel. Was really worried about reviews we had read but can honestly say that for the money you pay was better than we expected.

Food was nice but a bit repetitive. Kiddies corner nice touch as they could serve themslves. Restauraunt can be very busy from 6 onwards and if you have kids you wouldnt be out for 7 for the entartainment starting so we timed it to eat at around 5ish.

Good job though as some nights we didnt go out till 7 and if you leave it till round that time you would have to take cold showers. Apart from that we found it brilliant especially if you have kids. Loved the entertainment.

The reps work really hard to help you enjoy your holiday.
Felt really sorry for the hotel staff like the cleaners and barstaff. They work really long hours and they may seem ignorant but its probably due to exhaustion. They really appreciate you giving them a tip now and again.

The hotel was very pleasing to the eye on first approaching and on arrival looked impressive, although the surrounding area looked like a cross between a greek building site and sa fly tippers convention.

The rooms were clean and resonably spacious, but the satelite tv in the rooms consisted of half a dozen german and bulgarian chanels and a very snowy eurosport. If you wanted to find out what was going on in the world you could get 2day old papers sometimes for about

Returned late last night from 2 weeks in Elenite at Royal Park with other half and 2 small ones.

Food. Hotel quite good, recent innovation of "Kids Corner", Chips, Nuggets and spagetti helped. Generally well cooked and presented. (If you want McD's go to Blackpool). The pizza's 12.00 to 17.00 are really good. hot dogs from pool and beech OK. Chocy biscuits and turkish delight in village cafe always welcome with a game of pool.

Accomodation. Royal park, we had a suite so plenty of room for 4 comfortable and well kept be very good house staff. Cleaners everywhere but bar service can be slow (partly due to lack of incentive, if I were paid that much I wouldnt work hard either).

The food at the Royal Park was just about adequate, however if you missed a meal you would go hungry until the next. The food at the poolside was diabolical. The only choice we had were hot dogs (without onions)

They ran out of rolls, the coffee machine kept breaking down. To get icecream for the children we had to go to the next hotel up about 100 yards. To get bacon rolls (bacon was a lump of fat) we had to go up the beach. To get Pizza we had to go to the restaurant down the other way.

The hotel entertainment was all outside and Bulgaria can be quite cold in the evenings.

On arrival our first impressions was out of this world it looked brilliant all light up.

We were not impressed with the meals especially the breakfast. Eggs didnt look cooked and the bacon if you can call it that, it was more like fat with a bit of bacon attached. Meals not a good choice to start with, but did improve slightly.

Hotel was clean but maids couldnt wait to get you out of your room to clean and would hang around outside waiting for you to leave.

I felt sorry for the First Choice entertainers because they really tried to make it good for everyone but with little space and lack of equipment made their jobs hard.

Night time entertainment was ok when it was not too cold but kept getting a stench from the drains which was a bit off putting.

I also felt sorry for the barstaff they are worked off their feet and they are great guys and very friendly.

The hotel was brilliant clean and the staff friendly.

The rooms are large with fridge, air conditioning and TV.

The food was great, they had a kids section.

The bus to Sunny Beach was on every hour, so we never found ourselves bored.

The beach was clean, the water was fantastic we were never out of the water and when the surf was up it was great.

Recommend going to Nessebar all the old buildings and loads of stalls then take a boat trip back this was brilliant especially on a hot day. Did the lazy day cruise this is a must even though I felt sea sick I thoroughly enjoyed it in the price is free drinks (beer, soft drinks) and food there is fishing and swimming. Also went to the dolophanarium with a trip to Varna and stop over for a meal at Golden Sands a lovely day out.

All in all a fantastic Holiday first time to Bulgaria will do it again.

Hotel lovely and clean, rooms a good size, maids in every day with fresh towels, which she sculpted into swans and left them on our beds, a nice touch.

Found the pool area really nice, we went there every day as I don't like sand. My 3 year old enjoyed pottering about in the kiddies pool, which could be a bit cold first thing in the morning, heated up later in the day. The pool bar serves drinks all day long and even if you've missed a meal, snacks were always there e.g. pizza, sandwich, hot-dog or the lovely Bulgarian cheese-bread.

The complex was really safe and quiet and the staff were helpful. Great value for money I would say.

All inclusive is really smart choice and we will definitely return.
