The apartments are really spacious, clean and nice. The only problem we had was our kettle did not work and the rep sorted that immediately. There isn't really any evening entertainment but you can find loads to look at and do in Sunny Beach.
The pool is a good size and clean, although they could do with putting some parasols around for shade. We found all the staff to be pleasant.
If you are booked for this resort, do not worry-you will have a fab time! P.S. The aqua park is a 5 min walk behind this complex and you just have to go, we had 2 great days here.

Food was ok very cheap.
Location was way out of town. Had to walk good way to get to town and beach. Had to walk through a dirty non-lit alleyway.
Waitresses were kind and pleasant on the other hand waiters were complete oppisite.
Entertainment was diabolical. Same man and woman everynite sung same songs.
Would not visit hotel again.

Apartment was kept spotless, cleaned every day with more clean towels than we could possibly have used.
Maid was very friendly and there was never a problem with valuables, if you left anythig ouy it would all be neatly arranged when you got back.
Pool is good sized and clean with enough sun loungers for all. Could do with some parasols around the pool though.
The on site cafe / restaurant had a good selsction of food and drink at reasonable prices (40p for a pint)
Especially good 9pm to 11pm 2 for 1 Happy Hour!
The Thompson reps were excellent. Always available and helpful especially when my son got an ear infection. (worth noting you can buy anti-biotics over the counter!)
On site entertainment was limited but in fairness they do not profess to offer international caberet.
The Bulgarian couple, her singing and him singing / keyboards lipsync there way through a surprising number of english songs. Perhaps a bit much every night but you will be out most evenings. do yourself a favour and make sure he sings "Feelings" (Feewins) It is the funniest thing you will here all holiday.
I think the location is perfect. Just far enough away to be quiet at night, but close enough to the 24 hour supermarket "Bally" and to Sunny Mall. Yes you can walk down a dusty, sandy, poorly lit track to get there, but you dont have to. Its slightly longer to walk round the lit roads at night but not much!
Would definately stay there again.

The hotel was a short walk to the beach. The staff in the hotel were nice just watch the man selling the lilo's as we left ours in the pool and the next day they were gone 2 days later it was on sale again!!
At night there wasnt much to do in the hotel they need a kids club or games room.

Hotel food was satisfactory but nothing special, ok for snacks i suppose.
Location is a bit out of the way but take the short cute through the izola hotel and diamond hotel then its not too bad.
The entertainment at this venue is non exsistent. the odd dancers but really boring to be honest for us and the little one

We had a 2 bed apart which was large and well equipped. Air con in every room and free of charge.
Pool was large and clean.
Grounds were clean and well maintained.
Maid service was good but towels changed twice a week and bedding every week.
Entertainment was zero, nothing going on at the complex at night.
This is not a family exclusive complex and has lots of people from various countries stopping there, there are even some residents, we had quite a few large groups of lads and some groups of girls. These did cause a nuisance an occasion (naked swimming all night, shouting, drinking themselves into a coma).
Bar and restaurant staff rude and not very helpful. Reception staff ok if you get one that speaks English.
Lots of complaints about mini bar company trying to rip you off, charging when you haven't had anything. They don't take a no for a answer and can get a bit heavy handed, bringing the manager to see you and constantly banging on your door then just barging in, they also have a master key for all rooms (even though they are a outside company).
Security is not very good, we were broken into and another couple had money taken from their room the week before we went. Spending 3 1/2 hours waiting outside the police station is not my ideal way of spending my holiday.
rep was great though.
Kids entertainment is not great, the animation team is a woman who comes from 10:00 -13:00 then 14:00 - 18:00.
basic water polo, painting darts, all done in the blazing sun and not under cover.
Daily bugged by massage woman and her boss "why don't you want a massage" again don't take no for a answer.
Food is basic .
Location is ok but the outside road is very bad and unlit. Taxis run from outside reception and are ok.
Waste ground and building sites are the general views.
also lots of mozzies. Weather not that great either.
Will maybe go back to Bulgaria but not until they learn to be polite and speak a little English, but would not go to this hotel.
