Location
The carpet outside the bathroom kept getting wet due to the drain + age from the shower not being so good & the room door didn't close properly unless locked. Room 118 just incase you want 2 know.
Food was terrible tried it everynight then went out for food. There was not much choice for kids or veggies but the ice cream is fab!!!
Hotel was close enough to all the pubs/nightclubs the beach & the shops but the beggars & prostitutes could be scary!!!

We went for two weeks the food was that bad we only eat in the restaurant once there was 13 adults and 8 children in our party.
Sunny Beach was great but needless to say we won't return to Yavor Palace.

The food is very poor and only caters for people that like true bulgarian food. chips and pizza are available but this gets boring after a while.
The staff are extremely friendly and will help with anything.
The rooms are very nice, however they are carpeted which may be a problem in the future after lots of cream has been spilt.
The bathrooms are gorgeous and have a generous double shower. A fridge is available in all rooms, even if you are half board (very useful).
Entertainment was poor.

The staff are realy friendly especially in the
Lounge Bar.
Next time would prefer a pool view or at least on the
first floor, as they have a problem with the Gypsies
stealing clothes from the ground floor outside facing
rooms.
Would not go Half Board again, as they do not really
cater for British.
Hotel position is excellent.

It has lovely sized rooms which were all very clean.
We stayed half board and found the food ok there was a wide range.
There is not much entertainment in the hotel but just outside there is loads to do, but it is still quiet in the hotel.
I would go to this hotel again.

The pool does get a bit crowded as there is not alot of terrace space for sunbeds, most of it being grass, and although its advised not to reserve sunbeds you do have to get up early to reserve them, directly next door is the Hotel Kuban which has its own Aqua Park, and is very reasonably priced at

Not only is it clean and tidy with good staff but it is also in an excellent location in the heart of the resort.
When we arrived it had only been open for a few weeks but all the staff were very helpful and the maid was great.
Being just bed and breakfast the food was more than acceptable, we chose to do b&b purely because there are so many nice restaurants and bars to go to.
We can't understand people who expect Bulgarians to cater for 'English people;'after all you are visiting Bulgaria!
The bar was basic with it's karaoke but it's what you make it.
There were only 2 of us on our honeymoon but after the 2nd night there were 10 of us! We enjoy meeting people.
Definitely going back to Y.P.

Entertainment was very poor, limited food choice, paid for half board, not cheap 1000gbp for me and my son, but couldn't eat any of the food, except the toast.
Never got sunbed in the 2 weeks we were where there, despite reps sayin not to hog the sunbeds, some tourists did exactly that, leaving towels on them all night, sunbeds next door in water park were better, worth paying for, wouldn't go back to bulgaria, it was my first holiday abroad and has definately put me of.

First choice rep very good, hotel staff excellent. rooms kept clean.
Would have pool view next time, other side faces building which includes erotic bar open till six in the morning but saying that there was not much noise.
Position of hotel excellent in the centre but without the noise at night, would definitely go back.
