Ayia Napa despite being named party central has something for everyone. The main strip is there if you want it but far enough away if you don't.
Restaurants that are a must to try are Clarabel and Raphaels. The standard of food and the amount was unbelievable.
A visit to Bedrock on the strip is a must. The atmosphere is electric.
Book a trip through your rep to go see Stardust Variety Show. This will be one of your best nights ever!!

We found Aya Napia to be a fantastic resort for adults with a great Night life. The local beaches were excellent.
You can hire bikes and scooter very cheap and they drive on the same side as us.

We didn't really like Nissi Bay as it the road was too busy and noisy and full of quad bikes and scooters tooting their horns. Although the restaurants were ok there was no really top notch ones like in Ayia Napa and even though it was June/july the bars were mainly empty. Nissi Beach although lovely was always packed with young people, it didn't bother us as we are not beach people and prefer hanging round the pool but if you want a quiet sunbathe, forget it. There is also quite a lot of building work half finished along Nissi Avenue which doesn't look pretty and also a few abandoned hotels included one next to our hotel Adams Beach. I couldn't help but compare it to Cala Bona where we went last year and remembering the lovely walk back to our hotel along the sea front and harbour compared to the walk along Nissi Avenue with the traffic and petrol fumes.... maybe i'm just getting old.

The Dome is right on the edge of the resort on Makronissos beach. Its a fair walk into the town but buses are cheap and regular and a taxi was about 8 euros. (there were stretch-limo taxis for bigger groups @12 euros - probably because of th elarge number of weddings held in the hotels there). The harbour area was nice with lots of boat trips on-offer. The resort centre 1/2 mile away was where the pubs and clubs were - we never visited at night but the young ones would be happy with the choices on offer there I imagine. However, it is worth visiting here in the day time because of the beautiful churches and the old monastery.

We loved the location. we were just on the outskirts of Ayia Napa and it was out of season - Christmas, but it was 20 to 23 degrees every day with hardly a cloud in the sky.
It did cool off around 4.30pm for an horu but seemed to warm up again !.
Although Ayia Napa was out of season there were still quite a few shops, bars, and restaurants open.
The beach where the hotel is is very nice.
We would stay here again.

Resort was nice and quiet. Only a couple of bars close to hotel. Streets were very clean.
We did go to the beach and it was kept very clean also.
