The apartments are about a 15-20 min walk from the harbour in Ayia Napa or CYP £4 in a taxi. (approx. £5 sterling). You cannot fail to find something to entertain you in Ayia Napa.... it has everything. The area the apartments are located in is called Nissi Beach and they are 2 mins from a beach called Sandy Bay which is lovely. Lots of sunbeds and shades, bars, restaurants, water sports, snorkelling in the rocks, perfect. 10 mins in a car along the road you have Nissi Beach - this is posers paradise. I didn't actually like it but if you were a group of single young people you'd probably love it. It again has all the water sports and bars etc.
In the middle of Ayia Napa is a monastery! Yep, right slap bang in the middle of all the clubs and bars. It's the most bizarre sight at night time. You can walk through the monastery and it is really beautiful, then you come out the other side and are immediately asked if you're up for a night of clubbing or free tequila shots by one of the PR lads or lasses. Crazy. There are foam parties, a 50ft Fred Flinstone outside of the Bedrock Bar, Dinosaurs on the Jurassic Park bar and the list goes on and on. Every age of person can be found in the bar street of a night so you should all go and have a look. There are also too many nice restaurants to choose from, you will put on weight, no doubts!

The resort is comparatively small and similar to lots of other resorts in the med, nothing looks finished, pot holes, broken kerbs etc.
There were plenty of restaurants and bars to dine in and be entertained, lots of ex stars in your eyes contestants.
Nissi beach is very beautiful and safe for bathers but go early to get the best sunbeds. The beach bars and water sports are expensive and not really good value for money we will return to Ayia Napa

I didn't see any litter on the street but the beach at Sany Bat had a lot of tab ends littered around. It wasn't dirty though, just people who can't be bothered to use the bins and there were plenty around with signs asking that the beach be kept clean. The beach at Nissi Bay was bigger. The entertainment locally was quite low key with 'Elvis', 'Frank Sinatra' and 'Robbie Willams' appearing regularly. It wasn't quite my cup of tea but it was OK. We went into Ayia Napa which was an experience, I thought it was busy but by all accounts it's crazy in the height of summer. It was good although I was shattered the next day.
We found the resort really clean. plenty of pubs and clubs to choose from all on one main street.
The beaches were fantasic, especially Nissi beach! the resort also has plenty of shops too!!
We highly reccomend this resort to anyone who loves to party

Great water sports nice beach
Over the 7 years we have been to Sandy Bay we have noticed that it is getting dirty and unkept. Swimming is excellent but the debris on the tide line is disguesting (once fishermen and beach keepers cleaned this up) but it seems to have gone to rack and ruin - Local Council listen in "clean up your act before you find this beach emply of visitors"
The resort of Ayia Napa is one in a million. OK its expensive but no more than you would pay at home for pure quality. It has everything.
The beaches are amazing I would recommend Asterias Beach as by far the best. The restaurants are to die for and you will never sample all of them. Our favourites are the Mexican Los Banditos, the Polynesian FIJI, the steak restaurant the Clarabel and if you want a real treat try eating in the Alion hotel, dinner is served there on a balcony overlooking the sea.
There is macdonalds, burger king etc. that are so clean you would eat your food from the floor for lunches and plenty of little cafe bars also. The nightlife is second to none and caters for all ages. My parents are both 70 and are taking the 16th trip to ayia napa this summer and love it also.

Ayia Napa caters for all ages, we have never encountered any trouble between people and police. Theres plenty of
bars, restraurants, shops,a fairground and lots of watersports, bungie jumping at nissi beach and beach discos every day.
We prefer the area Nissi Bay which also have bars etc to go.
We always look forward to the festival at Ayia napa in September everyone has a great time a wonderful night not to be missed.

Had a lovely time. Bungalows have seen better days but were ok, clean bedding and towels. Johnny was brilliant did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable.
We really enjoyed the location with shops, bars & restaurants around us. The beach is beautiful lots of water sports or just laying on the sun loungers watching the world go by. 30mins walk to Ayia Napa harbour in one direction or the waterpark is a short bus or taxi ride the other direction. Can't wait for next year.
