At first we were very impressed with the food, but towards the end were fed up with it as there was not much variety, also the drinks service was very slow until a particular waiter became accustomed to our generous tipping (

Won't be travelling back to Sharm again.
All but one member of staff were very curtious and friendly.
The Hotel Manager was very concerned and genuinely upset that we hadn't enjoyed our stay.

The staff were all friendly and really helpful management were great any time you spoke to them they always wanted input from guests, and were always looking for ways to improve wich I think would be hard.

The hotel is superb. Rooms spotlessly clean with clean sheets everyday.
Food is of a high standard and caters for every pallet.
Entertainment is just starting to kick in to summer timetable. My son jack 7 yrs loved the go-karts opposite the hotel and the quad bike trip in the desert
behind the hotel. A rep in hotel grounds "Figo" booked our trips to Ras Mohamed national park by boat and quad bike trips all at excellent value.
We loved the designs on our beds each day that the staff made with our sheets and towels, crocs and snakes and even a baby? With the help of my wife

The housekeeping staff were fntastic and the room was cleaned to a very high standard every day.
The location was ideal for us as you could either catch the bus into town or taxi.
The staff both in and outside of the hotel were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you even the poolside staff, couldn't keep up with the drinking.
It states in the brochure that it is localally produced alcohol so what do people expect, the red wine was drinkable.
We are looking to go back in May of this year, as our children who are 15, 13 and 12 loved it, so did we.

The food had plenty of choice especially desserts but let down by the fact that it could have been hotter. The Italian Restaurant is now open and worth a visit.
The hotel is a fifteen minute walk to the Gaffy Beach which is the start of Naama Bay, for those who want it there is a free bus service. Towels, sunbeds, umbrellas free of charge on Gaffy Beach. You can also visit the sister hotel via free bus, vouchers provided to have drinks, food and use of sunbeds.
Some aircraft noise is heard as in other hotels in Naama Bay but it is not a problem.
Staff are friendly and provide a good service with the exception of the pool bar.
Entertainment OK but nothing special and short lived.
At Gaffy Beach the fish are amazing and the sea is warm unlike the hotel pool. It's worth buying snorkelling equipment in the resort to make the most of it.
On Gaffy Beach trips are on offer for about half the price charged by tour operators and we booked two (a days snorkelling trip and quad biking) which were both excellent.

That is about all that is good about the hotel.
It has one restaurant, allegedly there is a second(italian) but this seems to be exclusive to italians. The restaurant offers a range of food which is very similar each day. A big concern is the way all the products are not kept warm once on the buffet table. This is a concern as scrambled egg, rice and fish are all causes of dodgy stomach!
There is two barsone a pool and one inside which seats about 20(if there was rain this would get very crowded). And Free drinks are only purchasable in about a third pint glasses. You can get them in the original bottle for a beer but you have to pay!!!Light snacks are available from the pool bar, again mostly cold, and also dry due to dehydration! There is nowhere on site to get snacks like crisps, water, bicuits, or juice. Even to pay for!!
The pool attendents are the worst part of the holiday. Having to get up early(7am) to reserve a sunbed. Come thursday, the pool attendant decided that you were not allowed to reserve and he wopuld move your towel if you even went to the toilet!. He was then caught reserving sunbeds for a group of italians who, in general, were treated like royalty by all staff in the complex. he was given a light telling off by the manager, but this seemed to not work.
Overall, Italians were treated much better than any other country.
I did enjoy my holiday, but only because myself, my partner and a few other brits had a good time moaning. The weather was spot on and hot, which is really just what i wanted(so i am happy)

For the first few days, the food seemed quite good but then it became very monotonous and repetetive and was all very spicey with little choice. It was not served hot and after 4 days I got very severe stomach cramps with sickness diarrhoea which lasted for several days. I later found out that a lot of other people had been ill. For the last 5 days of my stay, my wife and I lived on soup and bread. Only one restaurante was open and the Italian restaurante advertised did not exist as was the case with the dive centre. I had several altercations with the reception staff who seemed to treat me with complete indifference.
The alchoholic drinks where virtually undrinkable and I once noticed one of the bar staff topping up beer from half empty returned glasses.
This has been my fifth visit to Egypt and the first time I have reason to complain. I would definately rate this as a 4 star + hotel and would never return there again.

First of all, this hotel has only been open 6 months which is why there's not much about it any where. It's one of the first hotels in the Strip from the airport to Naama bay so probably about a 30 min walk into main Naama Bay (or
