Location
The food was plentiful and and a wide variety to choose from, hot meals were excellant,no complaints at all.
What more can be said about the location, perfect, lovely private beach.
The staff could not do enough for us and very friendly
Entertainment was still poor but we knew that before we went and it wasnt a major issue

THERE ARE 4 RESTAURANTS ONE WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY ABOUT 30 EUROS PER PERSON (SEAFOOD), THE AI RESTAURANT'S WERE THE MAIN, ITALIAN AND THE GRILL. THE MAIN RESTAURANT WAS SHABBY AND VERY DIRTY, THE CLEANING STANDARDS WERE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS THEY JUST WIPED THE TABLE DOWN WITH A DAMP CLOTH WHICH YOU NEVER SEEN THEM RINSING OUT OR CHANGING (CRUMBS ETC JUST WIPED ONTO THE FLOOR). THE FOOD WAS THE SAME THING EVERY DAY WITH NOT A LOT OF CHOICE AND SOME NOT COOKED PROPERLY.
THE RECEPTION STAFF AND EVENING BAR STAFF NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, THEY JUST SEEMED TO IGNORE YOU AND NOT WAIT ON YOU WHICH SEEMS TO BE WHAT THEY ARE PAID FOR. YOU DON'T MIND TIPPING IF YOU GET A GOOD SERVICE WHICH WE DID GET FROM THE POOL BOYS AND THE RAMA SNACK BAR WAITER.
THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS VERY POOR, THE SAME SINGER ON EVERY NIGHT SINGING THE SAME SONGS. THEY DID HAVE OTHER ACTS ON WHICH SEEMED TO BE DANCING ACTS WHICH ONLY LASTED HALF AND HOUR.
AL IN ALL I THINK YOU COULD GUESS FROM OUR COMMENTS THAT WE WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND HAS BEEN OUR WORST EVER. I WOULD RATE THIS AS A 3 STAR HOTEL

The hotel was second to none and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Waited on hand & foot and made very welcome.
Food was delicious and catered for all tastes. We really cannot fault this hotel.
Only one fault, evening entertainment was rubbish but we were garanteed if we came back next year we wouldn't be dissapointed, so that is what we are doing booking for next year.
Suggestion go prepared for mosqitoes as I was eaten alive I had 46.

We had a room in the 900s and walked out straight into (our own pool) ~ fantastic! Huge complex and involves a fair bit of walking but plenty of 'pit stops' en route in the shape of pools/bars jaccuzis/and shops.
No problem with the food (we are quite fussy) and the grill restaurant was lovely ~ overlooking the beach ~ very romantic at night. we didn't try the fish restaraunt or the Italian as we were only there for a week and were quite happy with the other two.
All in all a very enjoyable holiday ~ but soooo hot !

Stayed at the Reef 3 times now, last time in June. Going back in October (which is in the mozzie free season). Stayed at other hotels in Sharm, and have spoken to many other people that have too.
Top and bottom of it is (and don't tell everyone) - this is the best AI hotel in Sharm. We've made many friends there amongst the staff, and that really makes the place for us. We are treated like royalty - family even.
If you want a truly luxurious holiday, go to the Ritz Carlton but be prepared to spend the best part of 4 grand for two weeks (meals + derinks etc.). However if you're like us and are looking for tremendous value for money - there is no other choice but the Reef. See you all there!

The all inclusive deal was great so much choice and excellent service. There are four restaurants to choose from the main one is very large and has a great variety of food with Bar B Que every evening the grill restaurant was a bit quieter with fantastic views over the reef and to the Red sea and beyond. There is also an Italian restaurant, good except oddly enough the pizzas! We didn't try the sea food restaurant as there was a 40euro charge and the reports were fairly indifferent.
The pools and beach were fantastic only one pool was heated which attracted lots of young children the other pools were too cold at this time of year but I suspect as the weather gets warmer they will be pleasant too. Pool staff very helpful no hassle with cushions and loungers etc.
The beach was amazing although quite small, it was never oppressively crowded and everyone particularly the staff were very friendly a small tip to the beach boy ensured a lounger every day. Superb snacks and drinks were served all day.
Take a walk along the pontoon and take in the view,
the fish were great with much snorkeling off this pontoon running out from the beach never seen anything like it!
We had a fun evening nearby at the "tourist tat" market where everything is negotiable and there was much good natured haggling, better to go in the evening, too hot during the day!
There was a slight issue at hotel reception, when we had ordered a massage on the beach and were told we could pay in local currency, this was not the case as the hotel will only take euro, dollar, sterling or a visa card, fortunately they made an exception but the exchange rate was not the best.
It is very hard to say anything negative about Reef Oasis it was fantastic!
