The LTI Grand is a wonderful hotel.

We loved our holiday the staff are very helpful. Yes the service could be slow, but how would you like to work in that heat!

If you want to be entertained this is not the hotel for you, if you want a relaxing holiday and to meet up with new friends in the evening then this is the hotel for you.

We had junior suite with upgrade to green band, which was great! We will be going back.

GREAT HOLIDAY!

LTI Grand Azure can not be faulted. We had a wonderful time and the kids enjoyed it very much at the end there was some tears shed.

Management and staff were top class and professional.

This must be the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Towels and bedding was changed every day and the staff were always working. Pools were spotless and cleaned every day. Standard rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Our cleaner in cluster 11 took pride in his work and always wanted to please. Was well worth the small tip at the start and end of the holiday.

Food was very good. Always lots to choose from for all taste buds. Speciallity Resteraunts were fab.

Location was excellent if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of sunshine.

You were always greeted with a smile and the staff could not do enough for you. Bar service was a bit of a shambles but we put that down to lack of management skills as the waiters did try very hard to serve everyone. White spirits were a no no but the wine tasted ok after a while. Staff always liked a joke and enjoyed joining in any fun with guests.

Don't go here if you are looking for entertainment. It was non existant and really let the hotel down. However it did not spoil our holiday as we were very happy having a few drinks and a chat after dinner. Take some playing cards and dominos if you are looking for something to do in the evening.

Our party would definately visit this Hotel again. Before we do, please get some good entertainment organized and build toilet facilaties around the pool areas.

All as I can say, judging by these reviews things have not changed much since we visited in July 2005.

This was our worst ever ever holiday!!!

If you want to risk being ill, and I mean really poorly that you nearly ended on a drip in your room then this is the place for you.

To look at place is amazing, but that means absolutely nothing when you are too ill to enjoy it.

I still think about it, every time someone says the word Egypt it makes my stomach turn rembering how ill I was.

I would not want anyone else to endure what we did.

Best of luck

Just returned from a week at this hotel. Had a brilliant time. Please don't worry about adverse comments as we really cant believe what some people write.

The hotel is spotless, rooms are kept really clean with bedding and towels changed daily. Food really good with the themed restaurants especially good. Italian was the best. Staff are very polite and always smiling, bar staff in the main reception are a little slow but hey - go with it and chill out. Bar staff by the pools are excellent and really do not expect tips.
Even the bottled water is free!!

We will definately return to this hotel, you must give it a go!

The hotel grounds are 5* and you couldn't complain about how clean it is as they never seem to stop cleaning.

The hotel food was never served hot it was always cold and very much the same every day. We ate at the Itailan once but after waiting over an hour for our food only to be served it cold we didn't bother going back.

We are a young couple and felt that the service we recieved from the hotel and Airtours rep was poor. We wouldn't go back to this hotel as it doesn't really cater for the English its main customers are Germans and Russian's.

This hotel is fantastic! Despite mixed reviews on this hotel, we thought it was fantastic.

The hotel cleanliness could not be faulted, staff were working 24/7 on the gardens, cleaning floors and cleaning paving slabs! Our cleaner was excellent, very friendly and helpful, we chose not to tip him until the end of the holiday, which he seemed very appreciative of. Rooms were very big, we were more than happy with them.

The food at this hotel is very good, we dined at all of the restaurants (except the seafood), be aware that you need to book early, we tried to book some days after 10am for the next evening and were unable to get in, the italian and chinese are especially popular. We dined at the oriental (arabic) restaurant a few times and really enjoyed the food there, however it is always empty, which seemed strange to us as the food was always good. The bedouin tents are an experience not to be missed(something for everyone even if you're fussy)! It was fun getting into some egyptian culture!
The main restaurant was also good, we always got good service (without tipping!) and there was something for everyone though it could get boring if you ate there every evening. We both got stomach upsets but it is difficult to say whether this was due to food or not, it certainly did not interrupt our holiday, jut take lots of medicine incase as it is expensive to buy out there.

We thought the location was excellent, the hotel really has everything, but we went into naama bay quite a few times, again book the shuttle bus early, we could rarely get the times we wanted if we tried to book the day before. Taxi rides back were an experience, we paid on average 60EP but got it for 50EP (

WOW is all I can say -

This holiday was better than my one to the Maldives last year and that is no joke. Everyone on my transfer coach wanted to get off as well as me and my partner, it is DEFINITELY the best hotel in that area.

The jetty is fine at the beach, someone went on about how bad it was, yes they are working on it but you can get to the end of it easily and see the wonderful fish.

The swimming pools...WOW again, the main one was excellent with the lovely finishing touch of the waterside pool, yes bar stalls in the water! Quite a few times I ordered a cocktail on my lilo and sipped it in the sunshine in the water!!

The restaurant is lovely with a range of food, you won

This hotel far outweighed our expectations from the discription in the holiday brochure. The reception is absolutely stunning, from the marble floors up to the stained glass dome in the roof. The main pool is amazing. There are two other pools which are also great.

The accomodation is very spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. Fresh towels everyday even if we chose not to put them out for cleaning. Our cleaner was excellent, even to the point where he left my fiance a bunch of flowers in the bathroom on one occasion. The gardeners keep the grounds immaculate. We didn,t try the themed restaurants but were told they were good. The food in the main restaurant was good with a wide variety, although not always hot. Try the pizzas and kebabs at the tropicana at lunch time.

Very nice..... We spent our time on the beach when we stayed in the hotel. Towels supplied. The jetty to get out to the fish is being repaired but there is no problem getting to the end of it to see the beautiful fish which are amazing. Go into Naama bay. It's an experience. (Hope you like haggling). Best time to go though is late afternoon/early evening as this is when it starts to come to life. If there's one excursion you must do, it's to Cairo. Go by coach though. It takes a bit longer to get there but is well worth it as you get to see more and the overnight hotel is across the road from the pyramids.

As for the pyramids. What can I say. They are out of this world, amazing, fantastic. In fact these words are not enough to discribe them. If you go on the coach you get to see the lazer light show in the evening, which you do not if you fly to Cairo. The lazer show is stunning. We both got the Sanai squirts, but feel that was not solely down to the food but also a change in climate and temperature.

The only letdown for us was the entertainment. Same singer and songs most nights apart from wednesday night which was Egyption night. very good night. Last but by no means least.

The bar/restaurant staff. They were absolutely brillint. They work from first thing in the morning to last thing at night and have always got a smile. Infact as poor as some of these people may be I have never met a happier race of people. Please tip them. They earn every single penny.

Please say Hi to Mahmoud at the bar outside the main restaurant. He's a diamond. Hope you all have a good a time as we did. We will deffinately go back.
