Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.
Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Would go back to Egypt tomorrow if I could what an absolutely beautiful, stunning country.

The beach is great walking for ages and depth only waist deep! Temperatures of sea was amazing and sea life fantastic for snorkellers, can sea fish swimming even if you dont swim / snorkell.
The beach is very grainy, not white sand as described more like the dusty golden. Beach shoes are a real must as there are the odd stones oh and starfish! Loads of Jelly fish that aledgedly don't sting but did both me and my daughter!
A jetty still being built will take you out to edge of coral reef for excellent snorkelling we used one further down the beach and had great time!
Egypt really needs tourism to continue and you will get that sense for them all, more now than ever! We are returning hopefully later this year so with all that said above it has not put us off!

The resort sorrounding the hotel was very accsessible from the hotel and very well kept up by all the local people. The Shopping had everything you required from food to gold, the prices were as good as you could batar for. The beach was very clean and the sea as clear as a bell.
Will definately re-visit Sharm el Sheikh again.
A nine out of ten holiday!

The resort itself is quite under developed and there is not much to do outside of the hotels. They are doing alot of building but there needs to be other things than hotels.
If you were to go on the trips I would recommend the scuba diving and the quad biking in the desert.
Didn't get to the beach so cannot comment on their standards.

Resort was very clean. Hotel lovely, staff very helpful
Entertainment was poor.
Beach was clean but the restaurant service was very poor and left me with undesired effects.
Yes I would return again but I would not eat in the beach restaurant again.

We went to beach 3 mainly and it was very clean and tidy the sand was quite sharp though so invest in some swimming shoes to save the tootsies!
The marine life was fab you don't need to be an excellent scuba diver to reap the benefits as there are walkways right to the drop off in the water and the fish are not nervous.

Namma Bay is a lovely resort, completely flat for those of you who do not like hills. Y
ou will not find a piece of paper on the floor and you would be lucky to find a cigarette butt on the floor too it is that clean.
There are plenty of places to eat and 2 places I can recommend are the China house and the Camel Tandori(superb food). The Tavern bar is a good english bar with Karioke whereby everyone joins in, and the Camel bar which has a lovely rooftop area. This bar also has Sky sports so you can watch all the football matches. The beach is very clean probably one of the cleanest I have been on for a long time and you do not need your own towels as everything is provided for you even ashtrays!
The gaffy beach area is excellent for snorkelling as the reef is right on the doorstep. The other nice beach area is Viva beach which is excellent for just swimming. The water in Sharm is crystal clear and very warm.
I would not hesitate to come back here and for all of those who were thinking of coming and changed there minds because of what happened then think again because you do not realise what you are missing.
I will definitely be pushing Sharm El Sheik this winter especially when it is half the price of the Canaries.

Very clean. The beach was great.
Did one of the diving courses which was a lot of fun. It is something I will always remember.
Of the three restaurants we mostly ate in the Italian. Food there was very good. Not that impressed with the others.
Entertainment was minimal. However, after chilling out for a few days it was nice to have some peace and quiet!
The bomb went off when we were there but we still felt quite safe in this resort. There is one road in/out and it is over 100 yards long with a checkpoint.
I would go back but may choose another hotel purely because I'd like to try diving at another location.
Despite some other reports, I found some of the Brits just and rude and arrogant (if not more so) than the Italians.

We loved the resort and would come here again. We got the shuttle bus to naama bay a few times from the hotel and it takes you right into the centre of the town, taxis drop you off outside the bay and are not very good so use the free shuttle bus from the hotel as it is alot better.
We went to the hard rock cafe twice and the earlier you get there the more chance of getting a table straight away. We love it there and found it to be very cheap as for 4 of us it only cost £50 inculding drinks and tips.
We also went to KFC next door to hard rock and that is really really cheap and the chicken is lovely, better than here.
The only place we did not go was The Tavern which is a british pub right by Hard Rock as we ran out of time but would recommend it to you all.
