Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Naama Bay has an array of shops, bars and clubs and malls. Plenty to see and do, also a great way of people watching.
The shops are virtually the same as each other, but bargains can be got.
Very clean areas.
Good restaurants.
Plenty of places to see the sport if it is on when you go.
Red sea has huge fish, lots of corals so take sea shoes.

well all i can say is... we loved it! hotel was very clean, you could always see cleaners cleaning every little bit of the hotel. our rooms were always very clean with clean sheets everyday and little animals made out of towels.
The food was amazing, as my mum cant eat wheat, gluten or dairy, they catered very well for her as they had such a massive variety everyday. even though we were there for two weeks we didnt get bored of the food. the hotel location was very good, as just across the road was lots of shops and an outdoor disco. hotel staff were just the 'best' friendly and polite and you could have a great laugh with them. i do miss them very much and i do still talk to some of them on the internet. Arteom and Olga were amazing, they had different funny games everyday, they had competitions in the evening, water aerobis and stretching. there was alaways something to do. the evening entertainment was very good to, but the shows were not as good as the mr and mrs nubian village. even though i am 18 i joined in the kids disco with my little brother and had a real good laugh with them. Olga and Arteom were alot of fun. soon as i got home i wanted to go back, and have been looking at prices to go back already, but i do have to say one thing, many brits do expect to go out there and for them to be fluent english, Olga and Arteom are and alot of the workers are very good english, but there are a few who struggle, but as they are arabic they do try very hard to learn people languages as they do speak between 1-5 languages. so maybe people who go should read a few arabic words which will just help you a bit. Snorkling was amazing - sea was calm and the fish are just beautiful. the main pool was the best for the entertainment as there was italian entertainers at the other pool who didnt take much interest in you unless you were italian. other from that just the best holiday ive ever been on! and i do recomd going to cairo to see the pyraminds and ride a camel into the sahara desert, an experience you cant describe.

Sharm El Sheikh was a lively resort with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The locals will pester you for business, but a firm no thanks will suffice, or simply igonoring them may be best as if you engage in converstation it can be more dissapointing to them if you then walk away without spending any money (this we were told by our Egyptian rep). We only ventured there twice for around £2.50 - £3 English each way in a taxi. Hard Rock Cafe was a welcome change from the hotel buffet and there was a lot more nice restaurants to choose from such as the award winning Tandoori restaurant for Indian food - be sure to book in advance as you will be faced with a long wait if you just turn up! As this was only a cheap relaxing holiday we didn't really do any activities such as snorkelling or the submarine, but we would hope to do more next time.

Visited Naama Bay a number of years ago and found it to be very new and touristy. Lots of shops and huge choice of restaurants. Lively.

Nabq is a huge building site away from the main road!
It will be great once its finished but the building works didn't really spoil our holiday. There are international branded food outlets - kfc, mcdonalds, TGI friday if thats what you like and a couple of english style pubs - i haven't been in those so cant report on them.
I would like to go back to Nabq again in a couple of years to see how it has developed.

The resort was as I would expect for a new resort. It's still got a long way to go every thing unfinshed. Out side the hotel people are desperate to get you in shops and will try anything.
Na'ama bay I heard people will lock you in shops until you buy something. I heard this about 5 times of different people it's happened too. I didn't go after that so can't comment personally.
Don't be conned into Ice bar £16 to get in for 20 mins and 1 drink.
Although that are was the best I went to shop keepers wasn't so desperate there and were willing to haggle.
Red sea cruise highly recommended
Airport was overpriced for food. Toilets were disgusting, no toilet roll and feceas all over toilets. I recommed making sure you take some tissue with you and some of that hand sanitising gel.
