Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.
Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

We only went out to Naama bay once at night so cant comment on it.

The whole area was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The promenade and all public spaces well maintained by the various hotels nearby.
All entertainment was resort based unless you ventured to Nama Bay which was a short taxi ride away. Be careful booking trips and find out if you need a visa as they dont always tell you.
Beach was sandy and water shallow (ideal for kids)
We would visit again but felt 2 weeks was rather long as not a lot going on but would definitely go for a winter week.

As my husband was ill, we did not see much of the resort except the area close to the hotel. The shops were adequate for our needs and I was told that the area had a variety of shops and restaurants available. The shopkeepers expect you yo haggle, although I am not very good at it I'm afraid. None of the shopkeepers were a nuisance, a friendly no thank you and a smile was all that I used to decline invitations to sample or buy goods.
I would love to go back and explore the area and I would definitely use this hotel again.

The actual resort is clean and the grounds and pools are amazing. the beach at Naama Bay is nice, but has coral close to water edge so wear shoes if going to deep.
Terrazina beach is better but the down fall being you are not allowed to sit at waterfront as it is divided into sections for various resorts, we found you needed the breeze at the shore on most days.
I would go back here after researching appartment, but it would be self catering.

We stayed at the Coral sea resort Oriental in Sharm, The resort is an up and coming area and once completed will be amazing. The adult entertainment was not great but we noticed alot of changes towards the end of the holiday. Beach was very clean.

The resort was very quiet but we prefer that to a busy built up area. The beach was beautiful, the water was so clear and superb snorkelling just off the end of the jetty.
We will be returning next May.

We stayed at The Conrad Hotel Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, although we did visit Nama Bay a couple of times. This is a really nice place to visit at night, where you can have a meal in various restaurants. We opted for the Hard Rock Cafe where the food was excellent and so was the staff, we arrived about 8pm and just after our meal the staff put on a dance show for us which was superb. The only down side to the resort was to be prepared for staff to get you into shops, do not go in if you do not want to buy anything as the haggling is very bad. Sharks Bay is also a lovely resort, but more for people who are interested in Diving as it has a huge Centre there. We had a trip on a sub, where you can see lots of various species of fish, which was wonderful. We look forward to our next visit to Charming Sharm.
