Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

The whole resort was quite vast and you at times felt like you where walking around a mini village, complete with shops which sold almost anything you needed, allthought th prices where cheaper if you left the hotel grounds.
The gardens where lovelly to look at however our view from the room was not the best we have had as they are buiding nearby, I have to say thought this did cause us any real disturbance.
All of the staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you they all have a welcoming smile and can speak our language in fact many are multi lingual.
The hotel caters for mainly english italian and russian clients, we felt it was great to meet different people.
If you want to see some wonderfull marine life then this is your place to come, we cant comment on any tours as we didnt do any we just wanted to relax and chill out.
Just beware take your visa card and no egyptian money better with euros.
Do take in the masssage facilities I had an amazing massage for 54 euros well worth the money.
As for hotel entertainment again we cant really comment they have different shows at different times for a variety of languages.
Only negative I can see is that the hotel is so big and in peak season with loads of cildren around it could appear crowded and noisy. Whilst we where there is was great weather in the day time but can get very cool in the evening and a sweater is needed.
Overall we had a wonderfull holiday if you ultra picky with your food and just want english food then this is not for you if you like to be open and willing to try something new then its on the money and great value.
We would definatly return and would recommend

We were booked to stay in the Coral Sea and this was our first time in Egypt, Sharm Airport seemed a bit chaotic upon arrival, lots of people queing in no particular order.
We joined one for a Visa but it was the wrong que, no one seemed to pointing us in the right direction, however we eventually got our visa stamps and as I was stood holding two stamps and pondering what I should be doing next, a local came up to me said place them on a clean page in your passport and go to passport control. "welcome to sharm" he said.
From that moment onwards we couldn't get over how friendly and polite Egyptian people really were. Even truckers driving along the main road would sound their horns and wave as you walked along.
The hotel in my opinion doesn't have the most grand entrance coming off the main road, especially having driven past some of the other resorts on the way, but having said that once past the first archway the Coral Sea looks just as grand as all the others.
There was plenty to do if you wanted. Internet access, Pool and snooker tables, dart board and table tennis, Large screen TV plus all swimming pool type games and quizes.
Towels were obtainable in a number of locations very easily and all the beach staff were fantastic, building us windbreaks each day and setting up towels on beds for us.
Drinks, toilets and mini snacks and meals were also readily available in the Mermaid bar and pool bars.
One tip is, the sand on the beach can be sharpish to bare feet, also when you paddle out to sea your feet sense how sharp the coral is underfoot.
To remedy this cheap rubber shoes costing about 5 pounds stirling can be bought in and around the beachs or local shops. These are a very wise buy.
Yes Yes Yes !!! we would love to visit Sharm El Sheikh as soon as possible.
We Loved it !!!!!!!!!!!! 10/10

This area is just one big builing site.Theres nothing to do & nowhere to go.
Beach small & cannot swim from it.
Resort on flight path from airport. The noise from russian aircraft is unbelievable. I even saw pressure waves on the
swimming pool.
Woud I come again?. You must be joking

Have never visited a resort as clean as this one. Not much entertainment but did not really matter as did not have too many late nights. The beach was spotless. Will definitely be going back.

There was entertainment on everynight in the disco and on the Friday they held an outdoor African show across the road at La Starda. This would appear to be owned by the Oriental and will be like a shopping precinct and outdoor entertainment area. We can't wait to go back.

The resort around Baron Palms is pretty dead, lovely beach, great for snorkelling and scuba diving but nothing more to do than that
If you are heading into Naima Bay - good luck! the Taxi's drive mental out there!!! Make sure you get them to drop you off near Casino Royale as this is the proper drop off point, we got dropped of down a back street which was not the nicest experience and very intimidating.
Again, we would return to this hotel and resort there are many positive aspects but you would have to see it yourself! Enjoy...

Namma Bay was a great place to base yourself in Sharm El Sheikh.
The beach was lovely and had a lovely coral reef with loads of tropical fish it was also very safe as it is roped of around the private section of the beach belonging to the hotels so there are no boats etc. allowed into these sections to protect the coral also it makes it very safe for swimming and snorkelling.
There are very good water sports centres with all sorts of water sports windsurfing, paragliding.banana boats, pedaloes etc. Also glass bottom boats that take you out to the reefs further of shore, there are also dive centres.
You can take many excursions from Namma bay you can go to Cairo or into the Sinai Mountains ,quad biking into the sanai dessert camel safari into the desert and have lunch in a bedouin village the list is endless and you can book these through one of the many travel centres in the resort.
There is a promenade which runs from one end of Namma Bay to the other which has loads of restaurants etc.
There are so many restaurants you will be spoiled for choice
Chinese,Italian,Mexican,Lebonese,Seafood,Steakhouses, there is even a Hard Rock Cafe and a McDonalds all are very cheap we were about £20 GB for two mealsand two drinks incl. tip
There are also loads of shops selling souvenirs jewellery Egyptian artifacts tee-shirts etc all of which you will get for a good price.(haggle)they expect it.
They are very friendly people and will not pester you to go into there shops or restaurants a polite no thank you and they will leave you alone they are not persistant the way they can be in some places.
The resort is very clean there are various toilets about which are all kept clean with soap etc and the Egyptians are lovely people who will go out of there way to be friendly.
We will definately be going back next year and would recommend it to anyone it is a great value for money destination with fantastic weather.
GO TRY YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

I was so surprised, I expected alot less. Namma bay is so clean as is Sharm el sheik. Mainly restaraunts and shops, we not bothered about shopping. The beaches were lovely and snorkelling was fantastic. The only downside is the hassle you get, constant from restaraunt staff and people trying to get you into shops but we did get used to it, although irratating. That was it apart from that I give this holiday 99% and will definately definately go back.
