Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

Namma Bay is really the resort for Sharm. You will get hassle there, but if you wish a change of scenery from your hotel or to eat in different restaurants or do any shopping, you will have to visit it. The alternative is to have a hotel based holiday with a few organised trips.
Cant rate the beach as didn't see it as we only went in of an evening.

Excellent resort very clean lots of places to eat people very warm and friendly. I ate lots of the local food but you have to now where the Egyptians eat or have friends which I did.
There is one price for you and and another for the Egyptians but its who you know and if you go back to the same shop to buy goods for more the one item of good you are given a really good deal.
If your fair with them they are fair with you. I have no complaints

Naama bay is very nice and appeals to all types of holiday makers. There is a wide selection of bars and restaurants....a personal favourite been the hard rock cafe, great food and good value for money. The beach was a private one owned by the hotel and it wasnt even situated in the main area, it was in a secluded bay and was reached by a ten minute shuttle bus ride. I would go back to Sharm El Sheikh in the future but never back to the St George Three Corners Resort.

Naama Bay is a tourist town. Lots of restaurantsand bars. It's probable cheaper to eat out than go half board and atleast you get exactly what you want and the food is piping hot.
Lots of shops with limited variety of tourist goods. You learn to walk down the centre of the pedestrianised area to avoid being hassled by people to go into their restaurants. It's difficult to browse without being hassled in many of the shops. We tend to find a shop with the least hassle and give them all our custom. Very cheap internet access.

No beach at this hotel but you are straight onto the garden reefs great if you are a diver/snorkelling. the hotel has a dive school and does shore dives. you wont get better snorkelling anywhere.

i wish i could say a lot about this resort, but we only ventured out of the hotel 3 times! once on a boat trip to the national park which i would highly recommend, once on our day trip to cairo by plane which was well worth the money (7 hours on a coach - no thank you!!) and once on the bus to naama bay. if i was to return i would definately stay in naama bay, that's where everything is happening! there was nothing in sharks bay! sharm el sheikh was brilliant if you like beaches and snorkelling. i didn't realise there was so much life underwater! we saw turtles, dolphins and clown fish! (nemos!)

sonesta beach, a good 20 minute walk to centre of naama bay, worth doing just for istening to all locals calling asda price, cheap as chips etc.a taxi ride isa must,25egyptian pounds is not a bad price for a white knuckle ride!!food at ali babas very good but prcey, we found valentinos by novatel (on beachside)excellant for food andprice.hard rock cafe was very good, waiters were brilliant, food very good. a walk around main street was an eye opener, the smell of the pipe bars is not to bemissed, security was very strong with tourist police everywere.wii be back without a doubt but only for week.

Lovely place, the promenard was done beautiful the beach is amazing.
The down sides
As it was me and my mum you get constantly hassled to go into there shops we felt we could not even sit and have a drink without men hassling you.
Will defiantly come back but with my man next time as people we have spoke to said they didn't get no problems and was left alone so be warned if your going without your partners!

Naama Bay is the best resort by far. you will get a bit of hassle off the shopkeepers but just be firm and say no and walk on.they just need to learn how to let english people wndow shop.
The food at the local restaurants is excellent. onions restaurant is exceptional. The food at the hard rock cafe is very good but it is not worth waiting one and a half hours for and will be the most expensive meal you will have had in Sharm el Sheikh. Give it a miss.
KFC and Macdonalds are excellent also for a change .
