Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

the airport at sharm is a nightmare expect to be there for at least and hour. you do not need a visa if you are just staying in sinai - although most of the reps tell you you will need one. the hotel was very central although the walk across the road to the beach through the other hilton hotel was a bit hairy at times. the egyptians do not seem to drive with headlights on at night and it is difficult to judge the speed of cars with sidelights on. the resort was very busy and we were always hassled with shopkeepers wanting you to buy - there was no chance to look at anything before they were on you. we always felt safe and as this is purely a tourist resort they need to keep it this way.the beach was great and the snorkelling superb as there is a coral reef just a few yard out, the fish are splendid and you can stand up if you are not a confident swimmer. the weather was great and we would have no hesitation in going back.

The resort was spotless and kept that way every day. The entertainment was normal for the time of year we visited. The beach was basic but we preferred the beautiful grounds in the resort.

Was clean, but not very much to do.

Naama Bay is a purpose built resort, with many shops selling to the tourist market, ie gold, silver, clothing, papyrus art work etc. There are two main pedestrianised streets that contain the majority of the restaurants (apart from the promenade along the beach), the only problem I had was the touts trying to get you into either their shop or restaurant, I would have been more inclined to visit their premises if they allowed me to read the menu or browse their goods without them hassling me, but it is their way and you have to accept that.

Beaches very small and crowded. No entertainment unless you were prepared to take a taxi. Too far to walk anywhere from the hotel, 10 minute drive to any bars or shops. Lots of building work going on around the resort. If you enjoy swimming and snorkelling this is very good and not to be missed. About the only point in it's favour in my opinion.

Like I said, this hotel is at the end of a row of hotels in Sharm. They are currently building both sides of the hotel, but you cant really hear the works, only the bibbing of their horns on the lorries.

naama bay spotlessly clean resort lovely beach, however be careful walking barefoot in the sea as rocks can be very sharp one tourist got 2 inch gash on his foot from the sharp rocks. Lots of diving schools and opportunities for snorkelling. the fish are fantastic and definately worth seeing. Glass bottom boat trips great if like me you dont like getting in the water with the fish. Resort has lots of restaurants a kfc macdonalds and a pizza hut even a hard rock cafe. Plenty of night life if thats what you want.some good trips quad biking and camel riding although a lot of the trips suited to adults not children.

In the resort I recommed - Tandoori - Part of the Camel Hotel - superb Indian food. We went there twice in our 7 day visit.
Peking - really good chinese restaurant. if it's not on the menu ask - they may do it.
Pompadoro - Itallian restaurant - very busy nut the food was fantastic. Again part of the Camel Hotel.
Mexican Hat - really good - You can watch them cook your food.
The Camel Bar - really great place for a drink. Watch out for the monkey nut shells on the floor!!
