Resort quite but good for those who want to chill out or are here with young families.
The resort was made up of a few shops and travernas.
The beach and sea are very clean and there are water sports. There is some nudity at far end of beach.
I would not hestitate to recomend if you want a relaxing holiday.

The resort is a fairly quiet 'off the beaten track' kind of place, with a great choice of bars and restaurants, loads of Karaoke, quizzes, big screen tv and movies etc.
You can either spend a lazy holiday on the superb beach (up at the top, it's usually almost deserted) or in one of the pool bars, or hire a car or quadbike (Go and see Costas or Yannis at George's on the front) and explore the tiny beaches and bigger resorts up and down the coast.
All in all, a great resort for family holidays.

The resort was very clean. It was very quiet there (End of May).
There are quite a few bars and retaurants along the beach, everyone I went to was fantastic. Look out for the one with the lit up bar, you have never seen so many dead mozzies!
Anyone looking for a VERY relaxing chilled out time and a gorgeous beach will love it here, and if you are staying somewhere else on Corfu with a not so nice beach then I suggest a day trip to Agios Georgios South.

St.George was always kept clean by the reastaurant and bar owners. We always found it comical that as there were no dustmen old rusty cars were used to transport the rubish to the nearest dump. And a brightly coloured strange contraption parked by the beach, was, we were told by a waiter a machine to clean the beach and was brought 3 years ago and only used once and had been the the same place ever since.
As both my husband and myself are in our middle years we were happy with the low key entertainment. Quite a few bars playing all kinds of music and most showing the latest movies in the afternoon and early evening, some having quizzies and kareoke. Most drinks were 2.00 to 2.50 euros. No clubs, but Kavos is only a short drive for anyone who wants lively nights and early mornings.
We ate in a number of different restaurants and and never had a bad meal, and always at a reasonable price, approx 15 to 20 euros for the two of us. Try Ananias hotel restaurant the waiters were always cheerful and helpful and the food absolutely wonderful.
The beach is endless very clean, as you come into the resort if you turn right at the end of the the road you have sand dunes and clean family beaches. If you turn left to the other end of the resort the beaches are more quiet and tend to be used by nudist sunbathers. For those people who love a beach holiday this is the one for you.
Will we be going back, you try stopping us. We will be returning again without a doubt, the local people have great pride in there resort and are the most friendly and helpful people you could ever hope to meet, as are most Greek people.
I would like to add that I would consider it a must to hire some form of transport while staying in Corfu, as it is such a lovely Island and so easy to drive around. We hired a quad bike for a week at the cost of 100 pounds, and worth every penny. Try Mexas bike hire (really helful).
