I thought the hotel and all the staff from the lagoon apartments were all very friendly.

When we arrived of the bus they were all chatty and happy more and more pople were on their way to visit Sidari.

The hotel room itself was very clean and nice, we had cleaners in every-day beds made, floor swept and mopped, emptyed the bins ect.

The first night we were there chris my boyfriend was singing away on kareoke and every night after that supperman was keeping asking him to get up and sing with him as he was so good at singing, and I just want to say if you ever get vodka and whatever with Alex you will be on your back by the time you've had four he just puts loads and loads in well worth th money though.

I am going back with my boyfriend in September then going to try to move out in Sidari next year for the start of the season but I loved every minute that I was there and I was even crying when the bus came to pick us back up and Denis was saying bye and it was lovely to meet you.

What can I say, as soon as we walked in Denis remembered us from the year before. I cannot fault the Lagoon, staff all excellent, a big hello to Paul (Bingo Bingo Get Your Dabbers Out), Maria (Morgan's friend), Alex (Bar Man), Denis and of course Sarah from Willenhall, she sings (All That Jazz) fantastic. What a great holiday, the apartments were cleaned everyday, pool area fantastic, Morgan (6) in the pool everyday and loving it. Entertainment of a night, Kareoke, BINGO (won loads), Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (Won 2 Cocktails), Killer Pool, excellent value for money and all so very friendly and welcoming, going back for a week in June next year! Big Up The Lagoon and All Who Work There!

We have just come back from a week in Sidari and stayed at the Lagoon appartments- the appartments were okay the block is very noisy and echoey hearing most things that people get up to and if unlike us have a rowing couple who wake you up at 430am,you wont get to much sleep, the beds are hard and the pillows too typical self catering comfort.
Air con is avaialbale locally at 7 euros a day.

The place in general was clean and efficient, pool well looked after.
Staff nice.
Very close to the beach. This is a very central resort so be aware of road noise and bar music try to get a room at the furthest point from the bar and main road.

We went to Lagoon Apartments in late July and came home on 11th August.There was my family of three and my sister-in-law's family of three and our three friends (who booked later than us and couldnt get into Lagoon but spent every day at Lagoon's pool and after we had been on the strip at night,we all went back to the bar at Lagoon for a couple of drinks).We had an apartment with one bedroom and my sis-in-law had a studio.Ours was room 101,right next to the bar and looked straight onto the pool but it hasnt yet been refurbished and the furniture is dark wood which made the apt.look really dark(that's not a complaint though)and Alice was in room 212 which was in the part which has been double glazed and had brighter furniture.The rooms were kept very clean,towels were changed every second day,bins emptied every day and sheets were changed once a week.air conditioning was pretty expensive at 7 euros a night but we had to get it because we were absolutely melting without it! The staff in the bar/restaurant are lovely and they will do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay.Maria,Alex and Dennis are great fun!We had a lot of fun banter with them.Also Sarah who has holidayed there with her family for years and is now working in the restaurant.She is a brilliant singer too(ask her to sing "ALL THAT JAZZ" at The Karaoke. She's brilliant at it).
Usually when we're on holiday we go out to different restaurants every night but we ate in the Lagoon restaurant at least eight times because the food was excellent,huge portions and good value for money.There is a great variety of snacks during the day aswell(the tuna and mayo AND the chicken and mayo rolls are brilliant,So good that Alex got some made up for us to take to the airport with us)
The apartments are just behind the Mimosa Hotel and are within 5 minutes of the beach and the nightlife.
Paul that does the entertainment is good aswell,he does pub quizes,karaoke night,killer pool,bingo and Millionaire.Don't buy DVD's from the black men that come round the apartments,ask Paul to make copies for you .
Finally a mention for pool Dave!I have never seen anyone take such pride in looking after the pool and sunbed area.He does tests on the water three times a day,hoovers it every night and I swear he draws a plumb line around the sunbeds so they are all sitting in a dead straight line.He hoses every bed and has the area looking spotless for the morning.
While we were there there were loads of people that had returned year after year to the Lagoon apartments.It's easy to see why.We had a fantastic holiday made all the better because of the staff at the Lagoon Apartments.If we evar go back to Sidari(been here twice) we would definitely stay here again.Fully recommend it!

I'll start off by saying that this was only my first year staying at the lagoon but I will be definately be revisting here next year!

All the staff (Alex, Dennys,Maria,Paul,Maria) at the hotel makes you feel really welcome and will help you in neway they can. They always joined in everything and were all really entertaining.

The hotel, bar area and the pool area are always kept very clean. It's in a very good location as there is a supermarket just across the street, the beach is around 2 minutes away and as is the main strip of bars, clubs and restaurants.

The entertainment in this hotel was quite good, Paul did bingo, a range of quiz's, kareoke and killer pool which were all fun Plus All Football matches were shown here and every night at 8 a different up to date film was shown!

I would recommend anyone to visit here because you are guaranteed a great holiday.

The hotel is in a brilliant location if you like to be close to the beach and main area with bars, restaurants etc. Even though it is so close we never heard any noise in the whole two weeks.

The staff and management like to get to know guests personally.

It was our first time in Greece but we would definitely go back to this resort and although there is lots of accommodation, we would stay here.

There are so many restaurants you are spoilt for choice the food was excellent in all the ones we tried.

I think that the hotel was the great on our arrival the staff were right there as we got of the coach waiting to take our luggage. Even during the two weeks that I was there the staff helped alot to entertain everybody.

I would advise anyone to go here as it was brilliant.

This Hotel is in a prime location, close to beach,shops and restaurant.

The rooms are adequate and very clean.Only bins emptied daily, towels and sheets weekly.

The pool and surrounding area is very clean.Plenty of sunbeds.

The Bar is well stocked with large choice of drinks,glad to see John Smiths on tap!

The staff are excellent. Making sure you are enjoying yourself.

The food is very good. We had breakfast every day,very good value.

We first stayed at the lagoon apartments in 2003 which was our first time to greece on arriving we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff working there.

We were also very pleased with the entertainment there was sumthing on nearly every night. The pool was also to an excellent standard, it was crystal clean and was cleaned every night.

The lagoon is in a perfect location with everything close by the supermarket is not even two minutes walk away the same as the excellent beach and is right next to the main strip of bars, clubs and shops.


We never visit the same place twice but went back in 2004 for our second time and have booked up to go yet again in 2005 for our third visit. This is truly a great complex
