Do not go to the Greek night at Oasis.. Not re-commended. Hotel is slightly out of town so if you can hire a car.

Do not miss the BBQ starter, main and desert absolutely delicious.
Salt & Pepper at the end of the road is excellent for food. Although most of the restaurants are good.
Highly recommend English breakfast at Jimmys as that kept us going most of the day.

All rooms are clean and tidy. Food is great and breakfast is either full English with cereal and fruit juice, Greek breakfast or just toast and coffee. The swimming pool is large and spotless with plenty of sunbeds. Location is close to everything you need in Sidari.

Would definatly be visiting Sidari again. This place has something for everyone. Many of our party enjoyed th pedalos and boat trips. We went horse riding and was fantastic. Walked up the canal d'amour, the views are great. Everything seemed to be reasonably priced. Sidari has a traditional feel to it, yet you can still find everything you need. It is lively yet not over the top. Brilliant

The first time we came to Corfu in 2004 we decided to stay in Sidari,we did not regret that decision . Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful, excellent food and plenty of entertainment.Since then we have retuned in 2005 and will be back in 2007.

We have been to Sadari twice and it gets better each time. There is plenty to do. Loads of really good places to eat and drink. There is even a Mcdonalds!

There isn't anything wrong with he resort (apart from he canal d'amour being on the stinky side) but there is little to do. Although it was for the most part friendly, it is fairly easy to try out what the resort has to offer in just the one holiday. We didn't really see much of the entertainment but what we did see was good and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves. The beach was ok, a good clean wouldn't go amiss though, even though I had read a report about raw sewage before traveling out, you'll be happy to know, we saw none! Its obvious that the resort tries hard to keep clean, the effects of thse efforts are really good, there are a lot of dumpsters for rubbish and even most of the tourists are good enough to use them. only the canal truly smells, although it cant be too bad if people fish in it. Can it?

The resort was like a hot southend/blackpool - full of bars and tacky gift shops. The bars competed with loud thumping music until around 4-5am. the beach and sea were beautiful but spoiled by some litter and lots of cigarette butts. The people seemed wholly sick of the tourists and I cannot blame them

I found the resort of sidari to have something for everyone.
There is the main strip with lots of pubs and clubs and then the canal d'amour side which is quieter and has lots of nice resturants and shops.
The beach was slightly dirty but i did visit at peak season. The water is mainly clear although there are some stoney areas. The sun beds cost 7.50 euros for the day but are worth it as the sand gets quite hot.

If you are after a full blown tourist resort and enjoy clubbing and partying the night away and staying by the pool side during the day then I would recommend Sidari. However, for us, we wanted to explore Corfu and experience life away from the tourist traps. We hired a moped for the week (65Euros) and left Sidari and returned late at night. Corfu is a beautiful, green lush Island, and as it is quite small, you can explore it reasonably well in a week. The mountains offer breath taking views and there are many little villages inland whihc seem life they haven't been touched for centuries! The weather was lovely, the beaches were clean, crystal clear water and delicious food.

Resort general cleanliness very good. Entertainment very good, wide variety of bars and not too many clubs. 'Safe' atmosphere - we were there with two 16 year old boys and were happy to let them join in with the fun.(except being pestered by p.r.'s!!)
Beach not too bad initially but following thunderstorm one night, beach was left quite dirty and unappealing with not much attempts to clean it up.
Would visit the resort again however.

The resort caters for all ages with bars in the 'strip' being the most lively. Lots of eating places, Chinese and Mexican as well as Greek food. Plenty of options for trips. Safe bathing and long sandy beach.
